Great pizza better than dominoes and pizza hut cheap and cheerful

Do not go here if you wish to eat an edible pizza the pizzas I ordered were burnt and dry it was not even what I had ordered complete waste of my time they would not even pick up. I recommend going elsewhere

Absolute shamblesSave yourself the hassle messed up the toppings and when we call to tell them the missing toppings he simply hung up twice and the third time said come to the shop I’ll give you just the toppings then hung up.An absolute disgrace and not even worth my time. We were left with 2 warm overdone dry pizzas that we didn’t order.Never come across such disgraceful service no idea how you run a business like this speaking In such a rude hostile manner over the phone.Honestly not worth the hassle go literally anywhere else.Wish you guys the best but I honestly don’t know why you would deal a simple issue in this manner.

Probably some of the best Pizza in Bedford. Always arrives piping hot. Especially like the pizza where they add herbs. Prices have gone up slightly, still very good offers on collection, but not so great with delivery anymore. Pizza Base is always doughy, salty and fresh, how I like it. Rest of the menu is above average, chicken strips are amazing.

If I could put zero stars for customer service I would. I was disgusted with how staff dealt with our issue. We ordered through the online website for a delivery. It took over an hour before it was delivered when we were told it would be about 20-30 minutes.Finally it arrived and the order was wrong. We called to say that the pizza had a topping we did not order when we explained that I was allergic to the particular topping we were told that that's what we ordered. My partner explained that we had not due to allergies and we had the order in front of us and it did not say we had added the topping. The person on the phone was adamant that we had. He told us that there was nothing they could do and rudely put the phone down.We called back as I was not happy with the way my partner had been treated and that we wanted them to recognise the mistake made. They rudely asked what did you want us to do about it. We then had to wait a further 45 minutes for the mistake to be corrected after a long battle over the phone.This was an absolute shame as the other food we ordered was lovely and delicious but the customer service was disgraceful!! Which is why I would like to rate it ZERO stars!!!

Nice pizza, chicken and chips. Just eat reviews show similar rating. Will order from here again.

Delivery turned up quicker than stated and was piping hot and tasty, I will go back here again. 4/5 well done

Greasy, not much taste and the stuffed crust was just runny sauce
