Absolutely amazing, great customer service!

I would not give this restaurant a one star but that's the only available star I went in with the children the other day and brought some chicken which was gone off and over greasy disgusting taste more likely been sitting around with the rats in the back garden and running around their little kitchen that they have absolutely terrible food chips and try being refried and do not eat the chicken and less you want to have a Jelly Belly not going back ever again guys check out your cholesterol levels before you leave and before you buy the food check everything the bones a lot because the meat is disgusting and out of date a lot of the takeaways are just using old oil mixed with all sorts or chineese gutter oil Google its from drains. Another of takeaways are using this stuff beware smells bad greasy smells like feet .nasty

Bought fish& chips from here chips were ok but fish was disgusting not cooked properly may be a visit from environmental health might be needed to visit

First time I went there I ordered chicken and chips and the chicken smelled and tasted like raw fish as if they stored both together before cooking. Made me sick and never went back there again.

Ordered for collection, food is great, portions are amazing, the staff are friendly and pleasant. One of the best in Bedford.

Used to be one of my favourite ones, but lately the quality has dropped. I will not be buying from them anymore I think. The last few orders had undercooked fries. They were still cold inside and crunchy. Today what I have tasted made me sick. I have ordered some chicken meat and chips.. Fries were undercooked again, but that is not the worst thing.. The chicken meat was raw as well as there were a lot of feather bits still left on the pieces of the meat, on the chicken skin. It wasn't the hair, it had a proper hard feather ends sticking out... The feathers hadn't been properly plucked out before mounting on the skewers..

The chips are lovely. However they need to get better quality donor meat. The donor meat is not the best. They do delivery. As a delivery driver of other takeaway restaurants, please tip your delivery driver. They do not make much money. A little goes a long way.

Found fly in Fish. They denied liability, and said it was not us. Having the arrogance and not putting your hand up and saying sorry. Made me literally sick. Decide for yourselves. The batter is covering the fly.
