Waited 3 hours Never got my food rang up and they said they would refund me but never did. I'd advise not to bother ordering from this place, if u dont want to get robbed!!

Love the sandwiches the chicken mayo sweetcorn is the best in a baguette however you spell it fast delivery we ordered for lunch over the phone payment was taken smoothly and the food arrrived in less than 30 mins i could not even setup my garden table and parasole and chairs and it was dropped off!! chocolate toothpaste is nice!!! keep it up with the great sizes and prices!!!😁😀😎🥐🥖🥗🥪

Below average coffee, and loud staff. Every time someone is served, they are issued with the following command: "Enjoy!" Wetherspoons staff have the same annoying habit, which I find very American, as well as unnecessary. The sausages at this place are revolting. They are without taste, texture, and are the very cheapest industrially-produced catering variety, and they made me feel sick afterwards. Why they can't source locally-produced quality sausages is beyond me, but maybe it's just to maximise profits. In any case, I won't be returning. The food hygiene rating is 5 out of 5.

Is this place under new management or something!! Used to be the best place for a tikka sandwich, or a chicken mayo sandwich.. The ckichen is now all rubber!! The tikka sauce is like a cheap jar sauce but not cooked.. Major let down.. R. I. P original sandwich express.. You were the best!!

Recently went here to try out a different place to get a baguette. Wish I hadn't bothered. What little ham they put in was processed muck. The Cucumber had to be searched for too. It may have been cheaper, but definitely NOT worth the money. I will not be going here again for food. Staff were friendly and polite, but the food isn't up to par. If you want a decent filled roll or sandwich, go to another place, like the one in the arcade, where it is wonderful. Mr M xXx

Just been in this establishment. Cannot believe how it has changed haven't been in for a month or two The range of cakes is minuscule was pretty empty as well. Think the public are sending a message will not be returning. Just paid. Looks like priceshave been hiked. Will definitely not come back

I kid you not, I ordered a full English, arrived in 20 minutes like it had just left the kitchen, everything perfectly cooked, beans steaming hot. Better than eating in at most cafe's, absolute 10/10.

Used to come in three days a week and I loved it! Was lovely food, reasonably priced, staff were lovely. Now it is quite the opposite. Just made an order for delivery person the phone was very blunt, prices have gone up and food took an hour to arrive and tasted awful really disappointed 😔

Telephone manner and customer service skills were very poor.I was put 'on hold' whilst my query was passed on to a manager, where I could hear guffawing and chuckling at my company's request.I would like to know what is so comedic about asking for the delivery for breakfast baps on a Monday morning, after the kitchen opens, to a nearby address.Perhaps your inability to use Google maps efficiently or hold a decent intelligent telephone conversation inspired the hilarity.Sandwich Express may be a cost effective option, but perhaps that is due to quite well-deserved low demand.
