Shanghai Kitchen in Bedford

Delivery was late and food was cold. I called to advised them it was cold and they were rude and said it was warm when it left the kitchen. No offer to replace order or offer a refund. Will never order from here again!

Very rarely had a problem with the food here, but the service is awful. He is so rude, when taking, when taking your order. If it wasn't for the food, I wouldn't go back there

Ordered for the first time yesterday, on a friends recommendation. The food arrived at the stated time and was delicious. I found the online menu so easy to navigate. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thankyou very much for a great meal.

Yes indeed a clean take away with decent portions, it's Cash only! So don't pop down with a card. Friendly staff on the front desk not bad.

Rice was good, pork was dry and chewy, the chicken was disgusting, just lumps of fat! Pork balls chewy and fatty. Never again.

Unbelievably thick. Made order come to 40 pound. Probably got half of what was actually ordered.They thought I was lying Won’t be eating from here again.

Used to go here which was an ok meal so I left and tried a few other Chinese takeaways. After about a year I noticed I was leaving food on the plate due to taste and look of food lacking.Today decided to try Shanghai again, not only was it better than the others it was far superior than I remembered, dishes were oozing flavour and the curry sauce is the best I have ever had in 50 years of Chinese food. Wont leave them again.

Very small portions. Not much filling. Every other Chinese I have ordered special fried rice from is a large container with a lot of mixed meat .veg and plenty of sauce. This one was lacking everything including the sauce. Bone dry. Even my wife thought we had been given child's portions.. Even the dog was disappointed. No left over's. Will not use again. Ended up using this takeaway because my usual one was closed.
