Good food, service was slow but it was Eid and they were short staffed. Didn’t spoil our evening

Lovely food. Gods for couples, families and friends. Good menu selection.

New website for ordering takeaways online now has dishes which are more expensive to take away than they are to eat in the restaurant. Must be the only place in the world to charge a premium for not benefiting from table service! In addition the advertised 10% discount for takeaways is never applied so at best the takeaway is the same price as eating in. Last night's lamb dish was also not great, the lamb was tough and chewy and little of it. It has been much better in the past so hopefully a one-off but Spices needs to get its pricing model right and ensure consistency in food quality otherwise customers will start looking elsewhere.

Our first visit to this restaurant. We came based on the previous reviews and they were right! Really good food and a nice welcoming restaurant. Friendly staff too. We'll be back.

The food has always been exceptionally good. Last night the chicken was so tender, juice, knife glided through like butter. The sauces are so full of flavour. I've been to some places where there was all spice and no flavour, but this place is big on flavour, and the spice doesn't overwhelm unless you're requesting it to. 5 stars from me. The staff are friendly. Islam served my family last night and he did it with a warm heart and a smile.

Staff fairly friendly.Food not bad, but nothing special.Have eaten here a few times now so it's good enough to keep folk going back..It's a fair curry house in a very nice setting (The sleepy village of Harrold) with decent food.It won't blow your mind but it's always busy on weekends so they are doing something the People like.
