Subway in Bedford

I kept buying subway each week for 2 years already and I never had complaint with them and I enjoy the food and love the choices!!!

Excellent service every time

Was ignored by staff on entry waited 5 mins for service (no one else in there but me) staff was watching videos in another room so loud I could clearly hear it, but they couldn't here me call out for serviceThey couldn't care less about the customersWill not return

Never had a bad Sub from this subway so no complaints here, they do seem to give less then before, or maybe thats just my imagination.

Fairly quiet, clean and observing social distancing. Apart from that a standard subway.

The place looks very clean and comfortable to eat , probably not all the staff are the same as the one from today . Ordered my sub an bmt she won't pay attention to my order at all , asked for a cappuccino had to repet myself 3 times and I'm sure is not because of the mask due to covid19 , also asked for a napkin the lady said "a pen ?" I did found it funny to he honest. Also change wise not corect missing a pound . Probably with a bit more training and attention that will improve , I do know not wvryone is happy every day but in this kind of industry if you smile and being polite can change someone's day . Sorry for not giving 5 stars , in my next visit in service is better then yes .

Handy little Subway in town. Personally (as a vegan) i would rather go to Greggs as subway as a whole have a poor range for vegans. Mind you that is all subways not just this one. Good for meat eaters but not much choice for veggies and vegans.

Food was good.I was disappointed with the delivery as we were meant to get our food around 19.15, instead after 2 unanswered calls to them our food arrived more like 20.00 instead.The lady who delivered was pleasant but had no explanation as to why our order was late.Much prefer the service at Subway behind the bus station.

It's subway always a decent standard

Love subway. Will always chose it over McDonald's & burger. Many different choices of subs you can make. Love their cookies. Even better when you get vouchers through the post. Staff friendly. Got served quick.
