Sundaes Gelato in Bedford

It’s a no from me.. over £10 for 2 milkshake that was more milk than shake

Rude customer service which is a shame as they have really nice desserts…my son asked for gelato dessert with marshmallows but unfortunately the one they sell is with strawberry flavoured scoop and my son doesn’t like it. I asked if we could change it for mango (this was never an issue in the past and my family is coming here since the opening) lady behind counter asked her colleague and said that it is not possible when I asked why she just repeated that it is not possible. Later I asked for an explanation and i was told that the wages are calculated of the desserts ordered…I said it doesn’t make any sense…than I was told that the price of different flavours is different and that they make mango flavour differently and is more expensive so I pointed out that you pay 3£ per scoop no matter the flavour so last thing I have heard was “this is the rule and I work here for two years” like that supposed to explain anything…very disappointing…

I have been coming here for years and have all received great service. The prices are reasonable, the desserts are great and the service time is good too. Definitely a safe choice for desserts in Bedford.

Lovely food but let down by service. We entered the guy showed us to a table and gave us the menus then a lady came over told us to come to the counter to order and pay.Restaurants should be pay the bill at the end

Great dessert venue with excellent waffles and ice cream. The only issue I have is a self seating policy which when two people turn up they sit at a table for four which, when you turn up as a four....there's nowhere to sit. Staff are really helpful although I ordered two coffee's at the bar, the order wasn't read back and I obviously wasn't heard (so wasn't charged) but if I'd known, I would have made sure. Apart from that, a decent place.

Good food and open till late.Very reasonably priced too

We came here for the first time and with high hopes. We ordered a tea, sundae, crepes and coffee. The service was very quick and friendly. The ice-cream and crepes were fantastic. They looked and tasted delicious. Coffee and tea were nice. All in all we liked it so much we came back the next day. 😊

Very nice location. Wonderful design and seating area. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The menu is rich.If you're eating in, you decide what you want from the menu then you go to the till and order, then one of the staff brings your order to your table.We ordered chocolate chip cookie dough with ice cream,crep with banan and strawberries topped with chocolate, a strawberry and banana smoothie, and a cup of cuppucino. Everything is tasty and wonderful, and the service was fast.The prices are very good.I have tried the ice-creams before and they are very tasty too.Very Recommended

It’s ok, very expensive for what you get, there was no table service, and a tv for the sound system which was really poor quality. No parking, good wheelchair access, kids will love it as it’s very bright and all ice creams on display. It was very clean and staff were nice and friendly but don’t think I’d go back.
