Thai Lagoon in Bedford

Went for dinner with a friend and it was first class food and service all the way.We had the Bankok set menu each plus a papaya salad and the food was plentiful and delicious.Cannot fault the service, attentive without being intrusive.Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Best tai place we have ever tried! My Mrs is very picky and her words were “WOW feels like we are back in Thailand again! ” Full of flavours, fresh and generous portions sizes. Big thank you to the delivery driver for waiting for us even though we told him to leave it at the doorstep as we were 5 min away from home, thank you so much!

Sorry but the 4.8 stars out of 5 are beyond misleading. Last night we ordered a delivery (since Tana Thai was closed). This is our experience.Thai food is something different. The only decent dish was the green curry. All the rest was really poor: Pad Med Ma-Maung the dish with the tofu was bathed in standard Chinese takeaway sauce - disgusting to be honest.In the rice dish (Khao Pad Supparod), the pineapple didn’t taste of anything and I was surprised at the sight of raisins.Spring rolls must have been frozen.It’s such a shame Bedford can’t get a decent authentic Thai restaurant. I hope this review will help the owners of this place understand there is something wrong in the kitchen, other than raisins!

Had the 3 Flavour pork rib and Kao Pad Bo Ran, and i found it delicious to my surprise. I could say this will be one of the better Thai food that I had in London

I tried the Sunday banquet here recently. The food here is tasty, especially the fried rice noodle and Thai milk tea.

Once again Siam Heaven go above and beyond in the quality of food and service. I brought my friend here to dine as he had never dined at Siam Heaven before. To say he was impressed by the food and service is an understatement. Another excellent evening of great Thai food, balanced with authentic Thai flavours. This Thai restaurant gets everything right from the service, to the quality of the the food. If your a seafood lover then try the sea bass it's outstanding. If you want an authentic Thai experience then you must try Siam Heaven, it's certainly one if not the best Thai restaurants in the area without doubt.This is the second time I've dined at Siam Heaven, and on both occasions the food and service cannot be faulted. This Thai restaurant is now a firm favourite of mine and I would recommend anyone who enjoys Thai food to try it....you won't be disappointed!! The food is served  promptly and is steaming hot and the service is impeccable. If your ordering from a set menu then you can't go wrong everything is flavoursome and cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. If you don't try this Thai restaurant then you must be mad!!!! Hats off to Siam Heaven.I dined at Siam Heaven for the first time tonight, having dined at various other Thai restaurants in Bedford.Siam Heaven had come highly recommended to us by a number of people, so my friend and I felt we needed to see how Siam Heaven compared to the other Thai restaurants we had dined at, in Bedford. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed prompty and warmly and the service was excellent and friendly. We decided to order the 'Phuket Set' from the set menu. The mixed starter arrived promptly and consisted of chicken satay sticks, Thai fish cakes, spring rolls, khanom Jeebs and prawn toast which was presented beautifully. Everything on plate was tasty and faultless, and our plates were left empty. The khanom Jeebs and chicken satays were especially delicious and very moreish. Our main courses consisted of Panaeng Curry (chicken) which came in a red coconut Thai sauce which was particularly delicious, creamy and full of flavour and was accompanied with Jasmine rice, Jarn Lon Talay (sizzling seafood), Pad Thai vegetables and stir fried mixed green vegetables. The seafood was excellent and the calamari was cooked beautifully and melted in the mouth. Every authentic flavour of Thai food was captured within our meal. Siam Heaven is truly heaven for every fan of Thai cuisine. We would highly recommend you give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed. We are very lucky in Bedford to have a number of great Thai restaurants. Go on induldge yourself!!!

Food is hit and miss depending on what you order. I’d stick to the chef specials as these were delicious, whereas some of the other items ordered were mediocre. Chef relies heavily on sugar to make the dishes taste good. Service is good and staff very polite.

Great food, I wish other places could do Tom Yum as good as they do. Very good service as well. Will visit again.

Amazing food, some of the best Thai food we've ever had.

Lovely small restaurant in Bedford. Street parking, good ambience and service was efficient. We ordered pad mew, sticky rice, a stir fry chicken dish, stir fry veg tofu dish and a curry. Everything was excellent except the tofu. It was rubbery and tough and let the place down. They need to improve the quality of the tofu.
