The kitchen @ Fox and Hounds in Bedford

On one visit the fire brigade was there because the kitchen was on fire ! The next visit was very quiet but the whole of the bar area smelt of burnt old deep fryer fat.I've never seen a menu but they do food.Drinks were priced in today's norm and well served in the correct glass The above review was NOT compiled by me and I apologise unreservedly for any upset that it may have caused. Always friendly staff. I've now read the other reviews, but I've never met the landlord.

The current Landlord is a big disappointment.Thankfully the present bar staff who are very pleasant, make up for the unproffessional attitude of the landlord.Unfortunately, the Landlord makes it a very off putting environment.I didn't enjoy my experience at all, he is very very rude, and thinks it's cool.

We had my freinds 60th birthday party on valentines day.staff very friendly.and helpfull but we found the manager was very rude with the customers and staff.

This pub took us ages to find. We needed a child friendly pub that was showing the football. We must have called at least 20 and had no luck!Lady was very friendly on the phone. We walked in and was greeted with a smile. The staff were all lovely.the food was incredible very tasty and very good value for money. For a family of 6 we all had drinks a meal and a dessert and spent around £80Lots to choose from on the menu. Chef was great.Atmosphere for the footy was great! Had a lovely afternoon. Thankyou.
