The Orchard Harvester in Bedford

Brilliant experience for me and my guests. Sharon our waitress was so helpful and so lovely to deal with. Indoors and our table were spotless (including the loos!) and our food was delicious and hot. Couldn’t have asked for more so thank you to all at the Orchard for such an amazing experience!!

Visited March 2022. Food is OK and priced well but service can be hit and miss at times, though always friendly. The covid approach to the salad bar needs to be retired though (if you haven't been in a while you now tour the salad bar with a member of staff and tell them what you want - only they may touch the sacred tongs etc now). The drinks machine is still open season though(!?).

Zoe B was an amazing waitress. Super high energy and very attentive. Absolutely bargain for an unlimited breakfast. Probably didn’t need 4 mushrooms though… bacon was cooked perfectly.I will be back… (Arnie 2022)

Lovely cooked food, but misleading deals with misinformation. So be very careful before you eat here if you intended to take advantage of a so-called deal. Left feeling misled. With direct tounge and cheek from waiting staff as if they deal with this challenge often?This was our experience maybe others had better luck??

Gave a chance to Harvester after several years. Still disappointed. Food wasn't too bad this time- nachos cold but tasty, main dish- chicken skewers very tasty. I was at at a dirty table and not seen to for a while. When almost decided to leave, another member of staff offered a different table and sevice was good after that. When leaving, I found out from waitress explaining to new arrivals, why the restaurant was so cold. To sum up- will not be visiting again.

Good customer service felt very happy eating in. Polite well spoken member of staff with a smile. Food was very good highly recommended

The waiter forgot to take us to the salad bar so our meals came out first which meant they wasn't as hot as they should of been! Still we enjoyed our meals celebrating our friend's birthday.

Affordable place. Not busy at all, plenty of parking and no trouble getting seated. Unlimited refill is available for drinks which is nice.

Not good value for money breast quarter of chicken in original combo was just the wing, corn inedible, whole rack of ribs quite small will not be returning

I’ve not been to a Harvester for years and my expectations were low. But this visit was great! Service was excellent, all the staff were smiling and very helpful. The food was good and I shall certainly be returning.
