Best Chinese takeaway in Bedford. Staff are great and friendly order always arrives on time and food is always lovely and still hot

Have been ordering from The Pearl for a while and tonight ordered online. Then got a text to say delivery would be nearly 2 hours later! So I called and asked if OK to collect instead which I did. When I got there I asked for the delivery fee to be refunded and was told that this was not possible as they hadn't been paid for the food yet??? Got home to find crispy chilli chicken was far from crispy and the beef dish was disgusting and tasted like fish so was thrown away. Last time I will be getting food from there. £18 completely wasted.

Always good food at The Pearl. Order ahead as wait time could be 30 minutes.. They deliver as well to local area.

Lovely staff, always so polite and helpful and food is great and always on time

Definitely you dont get what you pay regular take it and go take away style will try again and see how it goes...

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe WORST chinese I have ever had!I would give minus stars if possible. Everything we ordered was either over or under cooked.We paid £40 for an inedible meal and only got a sorry when we called to complain. Honestly don't waste your money!

I have only recently discovered this hidden gem of a Chinese takeaway, and have to say.... WOW!! I am so impressed. The ho fun.... Delicious. Salt and pepper chicken AMAZING, (also good as wings/prawns/chips... Not that ive tried them all.. 🤔) shredded beef out of this world. And the curry 😍. Definitely will be using them at every available opportunity!

Best Chinese around by far. They are always so lovely on the phone. Extremely accommodating. A few times I have asked for things that aren’t on the menu and they have happily made them for me. My favourite take away.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!That's was the most disappointing take away I've had in a long time.I would never order from here again.The crispy rolls were soggy, the beef in oyster sauce was too tough to eat and the sauce was water!The chicken curry was bland as bland can be.It was truly foul and never again.What a waste of my small, once a month take away budget.Come on chef! Sort it out!
