Turkish Delight Kebab House in Bedford

Avoid if possible, disgusting place. Ordered my food from just eat and Lamb was uncooked and when I rang them about it the lady was so rude and said what do ur want me to do? I have reported it to the food quality team!

Meat was overcooked and unsalted and the toilet had no tissues to dry hands.Wouldn't recommend

As I type this I’m sitting on my toilet seat in extreme discomfort and pain, which is now two days running after eating a kebab here. It just didn’t taste right and smelled pungent.Secondly, sopranos and king kebab are cheaper than this place and are both on the leaderboards for best kebabs in Bedford.Thirdly, this place isn’t run by Turkish people.

That’s what you get for £8 to then speak to a rude staff member when you paid and for delivery! Will never eat here again. Threw the food away. Avoid at all costs. You will be so disappointed. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

They don't deserve the one star unfortunately! Had to give back the burnt lahmachun with the half cooked meat and was told this is how they serve it so gave it back as we didn't want to risk it. They forgot the adana kebab from the £20 mix grill and only took off £2 for the missing kebab, how they worked that out is beyond me. The lamb kebab is.... Well look for yourself from the picture. I think they need a trip to a proper Turkish restaurant and learn to take some constructive criticism and not get defensive with the appalling food they serve and by the way, how can someone send out food like that, shows no passion!!

I would give him 0 stars, ordered of £20, what you receive is totally different from the pictures, 30 gr of salty rice, black burned lamb size like my nail. I won't order from here and maybe I would go to that restaurant to give them some lessons how to cook properly. Meat salty, rice salty, portions size very very small, i think i had like 2 scoops of rice in mymeal. Anyway, stay away, I am half turkish, I know what food the turkyish they serve but this restaurant its a shame for the turkish restaurants

Phoned up to place an order, food was ready when I arrived. We had lamb and chicken shish cooked excellently, v tasty. My wife had yogurt chicken shish it was fantastic. Our new regular 5 stars 10 out of 10

I have had to give Ali one star as I was unable to post the review but I feel they do not deserve any stars, my reasoning for this is because they got my order wrong and when I called up to confirm the lady who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude.I order a lamb wrap and was shocked when it had chicken in it as well. As this was my first time ordering I called to back to ensure that just lamb wrap was actually on the menu and I was speechless with the response I recieved.The lady was shouting down the phone telling me that she did my order and it was correct when actually it wasn'tI understand on a Saturday night it is busy and mistakes are made but I didn't not expect to be shouted at over the phone.This was recommended by a friend, but I will definitely not be doing the same. My young children were in the room and could also hear the lady shouting down the phone, this is not the service that I would expect to receive from anyone especially a manager.

1st time I ordered from just eat 5*2nd Time shocking I hope they read this and improve on the feedback.5 chicken wings at an ok average with chips £11 that’s a shocker was expecting amazing flavour but was let down.My halloumi with hummus was mixed together and filled the bag it came in because it just was not cared for.Missed a portion of from my order plus had to wait 90 minutes :-(.Big shame things people look for to make you succeed is......Price quality and service
