I had one chai latte there today. In the price list put 2,60! The girl charged me 2.90!When I complained and said in the price list put another price, she said she will have a look.I was waiting for her to check the price outside and she didn't do it.I said again 3 times because she didn't apologise or give the 30p back, so in the end I need to explain her that was false advertisement and give me my 30p back. Finally she gave me them back very grumpy and she didn't apologize.Bad customer service

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Pavilion today. Visiting at lunch time with 4 adults and two babies, we waited over half an hour for our food, having received half of our order we went up to the counter to ask where the two outstanding jacket potatoes and fries were. The potatoes eventually came, after the first two people had finished their meal (we were still waiting for an order of fries). My potato was cold but I was so hungry by this point that I was prepared to eat it regardless, however the next bite revealed an entirely frozen core. When I took it back to the counter I received no apology or offer of a refund, no one seemed particularly concerned. When I requested a refund, due to an issue with the card machine, someone who I assume to have been the manager finally came over. She proceeded to recover my meal from the kitchen and probe it with a thermometer in an attempt to prove that it wasn’t frozen, and then offered to reheat it. When I expressed my surprise that she was disputing my complaint (I fail to see what I would have had to gain through falsely accusing the potato of being frozen) I did finally receive an apology. Deciding that I would rather not prolong the already protracted lunch further and return to my frozen potato, reheated or otherwise, I was given a refund, but only for the potato itself, with no acknowledgement of the fact that my friends and I had not been able to eat lunch together, or that I had waited a considerable amount of time and still left hungry. I do not plan to return.

A lovely place to visit. The food was absolutely fantastic as was the chai latte I ordered. The best bacon sandwich I've ever had. Thank you!

After a long walk in park, just stop for a coffee. I must say it’s long wait coz of queue as their coffee is famous but worth to wait. Great coffee at beautiful location. Now waiting when they open their doors again so I can try other stuff too.

We live on the Park and my daughter and I had a lovely lunch. Coffee was delicious, service was friendly and everyone around us was very happy. Chips are fantastic. Thank you!

I have often used the pavilion as a nice stopping place for coffee after a walk round the park. I came with my family over the Christmas period and we really should have taken our coffee back. We had mocha, espresso, cappuccino and kids hot choc. Every single one was like drinking hot water. Is was a very disappointing experience when all through the lock downs the coffee has been fine. Really sad about this.

So much potential in this little café. It would change the whole face of the local if anybody there would know how to do a coffee. Just terrible cappuccino and mocha, it was so hot that I had to wait 15 min to drink it and had no foam whatsoever. WHEN MAKING FOAM FOR A COFFEE YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL TO NOT BURN THE MILK. Next time I'll bring my own.

I love this place. Probably it's combination of all: the amazing park (it's inside Bedford Park), the restaurant building (old-ish), the natural style decor & cleanliness, relax & friendly atmosphere, last but not least can order eggs benedict, which not too fancy, but quite delicious. Food fingers also available.I'm a tea drinker but not a sweet tooth person. The yogurt is rather too sweet for my liking. Wished they aren't, because I like the taste.

This really is a gem! Fantastically situated, expertly run and supplying delicious food, I can honestly fine no fault!Serving brilliant breakfasts, lovely lunches and the occasional supper club, there really is something for everyone. Not forgetting the delicious cakes and sweet treats.Lots and lots of toys, activities and games for the little ones, water and free treats for dogs, it's a home away from home for our family.Best eggs Benedict I've had! Once you've finished reading this review don't bother doing anything else but making your way down!

A lovely little find in a stunning country park. Unfortunately disabled and Prams access is not great but there is lots of outside seating and heat lamps which is quite nice in this weather. As far as I could tell there’s no parking that close but there is lots of free parking around the the park. Lovely boards up advertising lots of local advents, staff friendly, we didn’t eat but it smelt very nice 😊
