Zizzi Bedford in Bedford

These are the first pizzas we eat the UK, rustic italian style! We loved them💙🍝🍕

Order was a bit of a nightmare as for some reason ours got a bit lost but they dealt with it really well and were really apologetic, and when we did get the food it was delicious!

Eaten here a few weeks prior to our most recent visit in which the service was good along with the food..On our return the service was poor.. had to wait an eternity in the end we had to ask if we could have some drinks.. starters came and no cutlery so had to ask for that also.Food seemed bland and not hot enough..A busy Saturday night.. lack of staff probably..Needs to up its game thoe.I've replied to there email on how was your visit and not received a reply yet.

This afternoon we visited Zizzi's with my parents who are visiting from Lithuania. They were left very amazed with the restaurant, they won't keep going on about it since we left. Left them wanting to return before they leave England; the food, atmosphere, drinks and service were amazing can't fault a single thing. It was especially nice of the staff, Daniel and Grant to make an effort to communicate regardless of the language barrier.

So a friend and I visited one Saturday a couple of months ago to the Bedford restaurant.Unfortunately my risotto which had chicken in was a disappointment as the chicken was processed and not very nice. The complimentary snacks were so salty it was unbelievable.I was only able to eat a bit of my lunch then had to stop.Shame though as the one at Rushden Lakes was so much better. The staff were very friendly though.

Been here twice now, first time we ended up walking out before we even got to order. This time we had a voucher so had to come back. Unfortunatly again service wasn't amazing.Bottle of beer was warm, starters was over cooked and as for the main lets just say I'd class it as burnt. Unfortunately I can't attach a picture to this review.Definitely won't be back for a 3rd time. Avoid like the plague

Went to Zizzi’s to celebrate my partners birthday and our anniversary and had a brilliant night. Food was fantastic (particularly the crab cannelloni - UNREAL!) Debbie was our waitress and she was absolutely brilliant, really made our night. Great time all round!!

Went out to celebrate a friends birthday, food was amazing. Massive thank you to Anthony for making the experience fun and enjoyable. Going well out of his way to make it a good night, such a lovely guy! Thank you so much! Also, lady with the red hair *didn't catch her name* was fantastic too! Both a credit to the company xxx

Me and my wife rocked up unannounced and without a booking, and as expected they were fully booked bar a small table for two near the door.As we were both shattered and hungry we accepted this rickety and unbalanced table. The service we received from the staff here was beyond anything we had seen in some years as the art of customer service would seem to be taking a nose dive.....not here.. the manager Kyra went above and beyond to ensure we received fantastic treatment, what can we say, the guys at the top running this restaurant need to take note and promote her as she is destined for great things, although, if she did go further it would be a great loss for the restaurant itself. Amazing evening.... thank you Kyra and staff.

Had a lovely young lad serve us called Oliver. Was super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, best service we've had here!Food was amazing as always.
