China Dynasty in Braintree

Extremely welcoming and accommodating staff, that could not be faulted. However, food was less than good. Everything tasted the same, nothing had any 'freshness' to it and overall very bland. I was looking forward to going but unfortunately won't be back.

New to Braintree not long moved here so trying to find a new local Chinese,This was possibly the worst Chinese we have had mega disappointing £29 in the bin chicken balls over cooked not even a chicken ball more like a chicken strip just tough and horrible! Chow mien was undercooked noddles were hard not nice won’t be using again

I have been going to the China Dynasty for years now, usually with my work colleagues and they never let us down. The food this time was really lovely and tasty. We have a member of our crowd who is gluten intolerant and he was able to find dishes he could eat - his favourite is the mussels in black bean sauce. My favourite Kung Po Chicken was really yummy. The staff are so efficient, smiley and nothing is too much for them. It was someone's birthday when we were there and the staff brought out a birthday cake complete with candles which was a lovely touch. We had a really lovely night out. Thank you China Dynasty

Love the food so delicious Crispy noodles yummy but would have liked even more crispy, a little bit soggy. The rest of the food was amazing...I love the bean curd. 4.5 out of 5

Okay food. Service not so great. There is parking in the Sainsbury opposite and its free at night, after 7pm.
