Costa Coffee in Braintree

I love a Costa as much as the next person, but this place took forever to do a relatively small order in front of me.They didn’t serve me until they had completely finished it, which seems different from other stores.I think have the problem is they was to busy talking to each other, maybe some better management is required at this particular store.

Slow service, not very friendly, over crowded by the till (also walkway) as lots of takeaway customers waiting for their items.Also expensive

Very rude staff that couldn't make hot chocolate which was plain no added bits and they didn't want to help with any allergy question. I won't be going back there and I won't recommend at all

Cakes are outdated and not checked for daily. Absolute health and safety issue! Not the first time but today July 2021, it was horrible! Too late we left on our way home by the time we realised.

Good service, indoor seating available. Covid check in and hand gel available. Looks small from the outside but opens up to a good size for safe seating.

Hot chocolate was nice. Shame about the ants crawling over the uncovered cakes. Also the tables wasn't clean. Watched a worker attempt to clean the tables which was laughable. Won't be rushing back any time soon.

I very rarely drink coffee but after stopping at Braintree,s Costa I think I will change my mind.The shop has a cosy seating area that has a nice relaxing atmosphere.The coffee I had was a flat white which was actually quite nice to me who is someone who does not like coffeeI will give this Costa another go and maybe try another type of coffee.Highly recommended 😊

Costa Coffee in Braintree High Street has a small entrance but a lot of space inside. It is a Tudor style building and is a good place to have coffee and snacks.Prices slightly above other cafes but worth the extra. Nice staff to serve you. They have comfortable settees, chairs and tables. I did not see any parking.

An old building with a high ceiling towards the rear. Not much light penetrates through though so it does seem gloomy. Food and drink adequate but I did expect to receive 100% attention from the staff member while she was serving me. Instead she was talking to a colleague throughout which I found quite rude

Used to enjoy going there but not anymore . Is expensive and no napkins offer to the costumer even when you by food ... we have to ask for them . I bought a cappuccino in my own cup , they served my order and just hand it to me in that way . The pic was taken inside the store . Hated and honestly we have better coffee shops and better costume assistance.
