Domino's Pizza in Braintree

Over an hour for the delivery and pizza came in cold won't order again

Giving this 1 star is being generous. Poor service, took over an hour to arrive. Driver claimed he'd just left store, but it was cold when it arrived. Tried calling, but no-one answering phone. Will be asking for a refund.

Only half the pitza had a few topping items, the other half was just burnt cheese and a few onions, the pitza and sides were cold. A Tesco value pitza would have been better tonight , Not their usual standard?

Order number 438106719Braintree storeOrder was placed at 6.30 pm.Order was delivered at 7.45pm.Driver called and said there was no address on sticker so I had to tell him over the phone.Once finally arrived pizza boxes handed to me with ice cream on top of the pizza box which was melting ( I have images !) making the pizza and box below soggy and cold. This was not put In a heat proof bag like usual The entire meal was barely warm.Wouldn't usually complain but not even an apology from the driver and when I Tried to call the store I was cut off.

Had various issues with the Braintree branch over the years but tonight was the final straw, order my pizza which came out wrong, rang to ask for a new one and they did exactly the same mistake, over 2 hours of waiting and 2 wrong pizzas. Woeful!!!!

Poor service poor hygiene ordered and payed online previously £46 pizza’s never turned up left the family hungry and me out of pocket I do not recommend this store also overpriced for what you get if you actually get it when my pizza’s never turned up waited till 11 when I order at 930 phoned the next day to complain to be told I never order??? My bank account would disagree I recommend that you keep a wide berth from this establishment there is much better take away less than 100 metres down the road that does pizza chicken and kebabs freshly cooked and delicious and much cheaper (mr kebab) and cleaner premises sorry dominos much improvement needed if I could rate minus stars I Truly would give -5 stars

STERLING EFFORT ON EURO FINAL NIGHT. Along with half of Essex we ordered Dominos for supper during the final. Had to collect from store because all the delivery slots were taken. The shop was pack full of staff working hard and getting orders out. The app and in shop orders display were perfectly in sync so I could wait outside and walk in immediately it was ready. Despite being busy the food was a good as always.

I would never order from this branch again. The manager is despicable. It is no wonder some of his staff members are ill mannered also. The absolute worst service received today in the history of service delivery. The manager definitely require customer service training himself. The manager did not help to resolve my issue and hung up the phone while I was still talking. His staff were rude because they didn’t want to give me his full name as I intended to write an email of complaint. It was just appalling. Clearly understanding of the complaint policy in this organisation is lacking.

Ordered today at 12:30 watched the tracker was out for delivery for 45 minutes driver drove past 3 times the 8 foot sign (same delivery driver as before) the gave me abuse , your job title is delivery driver do it!!! 45minutes to do 1.8miles, best be refunding my money for this cold pizza you two Bob rude inadequates!!!!

20minutes after order I receive the pizzas but one of the pizzas delivered was the wrong pizza, all they offered was them to swap the pizza that was wrong which took 40 minutes for them to do and in the mean time the other pizza I ordered was getting cold as they refused to swap the correct one so I had to reheat that one in the microwave. Only reason I give it 2 stars was because there delivery drivers was polite but there management are unhelpful.
