Domino's Pizza Halstead in Braintree

Appalling. Took an hour pizza was cold and forgot some of my order. I won’t be using them again.

Worst pizza delivery ever, arrived late cold and in a mess

Kept getting texts saying tip the driver etc when it hadn’t been delivered yet. Called shop, spoke with someone who had no idea what i was saying. Then got through to Megan and advised what was said previously. SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE and didn’t have a clue in customerService. Disgusting

Pizza was okay but whilst waiting in the store the language coming from the staff was not suitable for customers ears . I'm not easily offended but the level of swearing was only fit for a pub toilet

Really disappointed. The quality at this Domino's has dropped drastically. I was just on hold for nearly 5 minutes because the pizza tracker said my pizza had been delivered when it hadn't and I was calling to ask what was going on. When I was eventually taken off hold, I was told my pizza was on it's way and had left 2 minutes prior to the end of my phone call.I called again after waiting 10 minutes, nearly an hour after ordering, and spoke to a different employee who informed me that my food was next to go out on delivery.The store only has one delivery driver working, on a Saturday night, and I feel like whoever is responsible for staffing in store should really consider how understaffing causes the whole business to suffer.We will not be ordering from this Domino's in the future.Show less

Almost always a hot freshly cooked pizza but as like most Domino's they are overpriced for what you get. There are several pizza outlets in Halstead offering cheaper options but not necessarily the better option. Staff turnover seems quite high for some reason?!

Tryed to order a family pizza this afternoon, I find it disgusting you are now charging for delivery when they are riding bikes to deliver the pizzas!! Which is not a bad thing but to charge customers is absolutely ridiculous.We won’t be ordering here again.Going by your current reviews I think we have made the right choice all together.Another online chain ready to rip off the customers. Brilliant

Absolutely shocking!!! waited nearly 2 hours with no update on what was going onPhoned 5 times 4 of those times i was put on hold for over 5 mins each time I understand that maybe they are short staffed but surely you wouldn't take the orders if you can't keep upAwaiting a full refund !!! By the time the pizza had arrived i had cooked and sent it away
