Always get my chicken and chips from here. Sometimes I get spare ribs. Their chips are so nice not greasy at all. And the service is very quick. Highly recommended

This place does the best ribs in witham foods always hot and chicken is cooked to perfection in my opinion.....i always stop here on my way home to Colchester

Went to get some chicken at 12.15 today asked for a chicken bucket , not too many chips,, went home and found it was filled with chips with 4 pieces of well done chicken!! on the bottom cost £14 won't be going there again

I ordered a veggie wrap as part of a large group order, but received a chicken wrap instead. To their credit a replacement was sent out fairly quickly, however it was it was very unpleasant, mushy, greasy & tasteless) and left me with bad indegestion. I will never order from them again. a

Favourites chicken have good-ish chicken, but that's about it. Go to the Witham Favourites and prepare to be short changed and your order to be under delivered.Asked for cheese on my chips as an extra, that came to an extra £1.50... JUST FOR CHEESE. Funny how I had £1.50 in my hand at the time of asking.. hmmm. Didn't even get cheese on the chips so they mugged me off, and it's the the first time.Often short changed. Often leaving items off your order but happily taking the money. Not to mention the rude staff that work there. Treat you like a 3rd world person when the reality is opposite. Probably spit in your food. Would avoid if option for another chicken shop in local area.

Had chicken from here last night waited 90mins for delivery food was cold and not nice threw most of it away used to be good won't be ordering again

never ordering from here anymore, grandson sick in the night which he never has been before, i had bad stomach, ribs are undercooked, chicken wasnt cooked enough, most of it ended up in the bin, food was warm even though it was orderd and collected at the same time.

Had a takeaway Thursday 24/6/21. Had chicken sampler meal. Got food poisoning and did not feel right for 3 days. I will not be by going back. After I had issues, I have heard of other people that have had food poisoning from this place and would not recommend to any oneelse to go there.

We have used Favourite Chicken for years since we used to live in Witham, still get a takeaway from there on way home occasionally (when traffic isn't bad!) Always get a good sized portion, and the fire burgers are great! Staff are always friendly and have never had any major issues with order.
