Grilled sandwich is not a Grilled sandwich at all - everything fried on the hotplate and to top it off a seeded bun Disappointed

Do not buy food from them. First time they have only delivered 3 burgers instead of a 6 burgers and have not done a refund till today. And second time I have pick up my food by myself to make sure everything is fine and they have charge my debit card twice for the same order. They are thiefs!!!

Charged for a burger when I ordered a dog, not offered a refund, just an apology . Food incredibly greasy dog overcooked £33 for a tiny greasy disgusting meal for 2. Do not waste your money here.

The service and food was amazing to be fair, however the restaurant itself is a bit of a free for all, loud and we were surrounded by people waiting to collect or get a seat so was a bit of a rushed experience, I'd sit outside on future visits but food was awesome

biggest clump of hair was in the middle of my burger. absolutely disgusting and completely put me off of 5 guys forever. first time eating there and definitely the last.

First timer "What a Burger" fresh, hot 'n' everything on it, very juicy and tasty, cajun fries & OMG a "Proper Banana Milkshake" (NB McDonald's) expensive but ain't no cardboard burgers here! Go see the "Beard" on you tube recommendations!

Wow.Incredible burgers that are freshly prepared and cooked to order.Pick any add ons, extra beef patties, bacon and all the veg under the sun. Anything and everything you want can be added to your burger allowing you to design your perfect meaty creation.Plus the milkshakes are amazing.Always great service.

Newly opened in Braintree, Five Guys fails to disappoint.You can expect the same level of service here as you receive at any other Five Guys restaurant.Our host Louie was very friendly, polite & helpful. He even went out of his way to offer my girlfriend out of reach condiments which was a nice thing to do.One tiny thing, but it's worth noting. While we were there, music was being played from the kitchen which seemed inappropriate and was quite annoying as it clashed with the music playing in the restaurant.

Fantastic burger and fries. Kids loved helping themselves to the monkey nuts (peanuts) while we waited and went back for more! Not cheap for fast food but great as a quick treat.
