Very good, authentic high quality food

We ordered food following their allergens menu as we have allergies. We ordered some fried rice, and the menu didn’t have a number for egg, so we could order it without any substitutions. However when it was delivered it came with egg. When we called up the restaurant they just said “ignore the allergens on the menu”. No sorry. No offer to replace or refund. We said that they should update their menu because if they don’t follow their advertised allergens they could kill someone. Was a shame because the other food was tasty! But I can’t order from them again because of this.

Cold food! Decided to try fusion for a change from my usual hong kong chef. What a mistake, cold warm food and forgot our drinks. I only live 5 mins away. They must of delivered somewhere else 1st! I let them know they didn't say much. Wasted £27 quid, foods sitting on side. Disappointed :(

Worst chinese I have ever eaten, well actually I didn't eat it! Even the prawn crackers were inedible, cost £32 in total, I will never buy Chinese from there again!!!

Luke warm on arrival. Prawn in batter was horrid, chicken satay dry and chewy. Really disappointed, massive waste of £40

I'm afraid they let themselves down tonight. Soggy reheated chips, green curry was poor and the mixed starter never really started. Even got a moody £5 note in our change which was quickly given back... Not a good experience and will not be back.

Had a meal from this takeaway last night, New Year’s Eve.Because of the night and that restaurants are closed due to lockdown, my Daughter decided to order the food in person at approx 1830 but for me to collect at 2030. I arrived at 2015. Many people standing outside and to my surprise many people in the takeaway, far too many with the current Covid rules.Many people came and went with several cancellations demanding their money back.I finally got my food after several false promises at 2140. Unfortunately as they were so busy the food was of poor quality and the majority of it went in the bin. I will not be using this business again!

Been ordering from here for a couple of years now, and this is a really nice place I’ve never had a problem with an order food is always very nice fresh & hot, always great service nice friendly staff
