The restaurant manager was particularly rude, the service throughout the meal was poor - at the end of the meal there was items we did not order on the bill, we highlighted this and where shouted at in numerous languages.I would not return.

Impolite and Rude Customer Service,,, the management is inadequate in maintaining proper customer service. The Manager himself misbehaved when asked for salad with Biryani as I always used to get salad with my Biryani. He was shouting and threatened me in his native language and was trying to push me while his staff were trying to stop him.The customer Service is really something very important when we are involved in customer oriented hospitality industry. I always used to recommend people for the Biryani of This place but the way they treated is horrible and unacceptable. The Manager made me so uncomfortable and scared with his angry reactions where he was trying to be violent as well.

Disappointing. Luke warm and bland. Chef obviously doesn't know the difference between paneer cheese and cheddar... ruined the sagg. Good sized portions but probably won't order again

What a fantastic place to have dinner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Went there with my son. Fantastic night. Would recommend this Indian restaurant to everyone 😋

Both takeaway and eat-in has been great for food but a little too intimate for space. Service great initially but tails off rapidly if table does not order drinks at the expected rate. Great food but customer care needs polishing.

Amazing food and great service

First time here. Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere and excellent, attentive and friendly staff. Were brilliant with our kids too. Highly recommended!

·

Always great food and service in here! We dine in and also order takeaways as well, always a 5 star meal.

On the upside, great food served with style in very pleasant surroundings. Good if slightly rushed and confused service. On the downside, a fantastically raucous party made it impossible to converse. Worse still, almost zero Covid protocols observed. Waiting staff with no masks, zero social distancing, packed tables ridiculously close together, hot and zero ventilation. I have every sympathy with the hospitality industry but this was a farce.

Plus points:Most staff are friendlyMost food was quite niceRestaurant has a nice atmosphereLet downs:‘Mild’ seabass was extremely spicy.Mains took 50 minutes to come.Staff tend to ignore you after you ask for something, have to remind them 2/3 times perhaps because they were busy.Once the waiter finally brought out the food he asked is that everything? It was not.. he forgot to bring out the rice side dish which then took another 5 minutes to be made and come outThis meant we didn’t get our side the same time as the main and we had already waited a long time. No apology either…Lastly the bill had a large glass of red wine on it which we never ordered. We were not even drinking wine. Not sure if this was an unintentional error or a way to make a little extra money. Anyway no apology for this mistake either. Politeness does go a long way and would have helped on these occasionsOverall though the majority of food was lovely and I hope it was just a one off for them. Have not tried before but probably wouldn’t hurry back
