Ordered a family takeaway and found an elastic band in our rice. When the establishment was told the man behind the counter marched round the other side of the counter and got in my partner's face giving attitude and telling him he has taken on bigger men than him . After asking for the manager multiple times to handle our complaint he finally appeared and said yes it was there fault as they must have missed it from the coriander. Don't order from here as if anything is wrong with your food you may also get this awful person being rude because they did your food wrong 🤷 avoid!!!!!

We have been ordering from Little India since 2004, when we moved here to Witham. Coming from London,where are lots of choices for indian places to eat,we were really suprised to find such a gem!Unfortunately they started to go down the hill with food being really salty and naan bread imposible to eat due to it being ruberry and hard.Worst thing is-that Little India don't really care about the given feedback and their customers. We feel very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.What a shame !

Witham is SO lucky to have this place, the food is superb & the service is also.I ordered yesterday & forgot to place my main course, (had wine,my error) the restaurant sent my main course express delivery.I'm not a regular customer, only when I visit my Mum, but these guys consistently are amazing. Portion,price and quality.I would move house to Witham for this place.

Everytime we order we have one or more food item missing. Its new years. This was a planned family meal. Its not the same when food items are missing. They offer a free dish next time. That does not make up for now. I've used this Indian restaurant for15 years and this is how they look after us

Just had a takeaway from here, have to say it’s the best Indian take away I have had.Chicken shatkora I had never had and it was amazing, better food than a lot of sit in restaurantsI pray it’s good the next time. I did think it was expensive but maybe that’s got something to do with it being in lockdown?? However it was very tasty so I’m not going to winge too much!! Everyone else enjoyed, even my wife cleared her plate and she never eats Indian food so that is testament to the quality.

Whilst their food is always nice and hot the delivery times are ridiculous. Ordered at 7:30 now 9:07 and still waiting. Called and was told delivery driver had left and will be 5 minutes (10 minutes ago!) not a care given. this is shocking to say the least.

Poor effort tonight. Usually it’s decent, 9 months ago I rated them 5*.Tonight the rice tasted like an uncle bens microwave job. The poppadoms were stale. We think most of the food is last nights leftovers, as we phoned early to order.Not the best chicken, and stingy in portion size. sauce lacked flavour. Very disappointed

Love this place, it's my go to takeaway when I'm hungry, always liked there dishes, delivery is 99% of the time on time or earlier can't fault them really 👍

Really love buying food here. Food always arrives piping hot, fresh, delicious and the service is always professional, polite, quick and pleasant. Best Indian takeaway ever. Would give it 10 stars out of 5 if i could. Deserves way more recognition than it has - 100% recommend.

We have had many takeaways from here. We tend to go in and collect. This time we ordered through their website. The chicken dish and the lamb dish we ordered were quite nice but the vegetable sides were a little bit bland. They have large selection which is nice. They do delivery but the food did not arrive very warm so we will collect in the future.
