Margos Pizza & Kings Kebab in Braintree

ordered a pizza from here, I couldn't taste any pizza it was overpowered by the sauce also the cheese came off so easily that isn't normal for a pizza

Hair in food.No apology on the phone.Replacement order has missing items.Don't bother.Waste of time. Disappointment

Went here just because we were in the area , menu prices are totally different to what you pay.I think they are making the prices up as they go along . I will report to trading standards

First time ordering from here.Order was made fresh and was ready in a little over 10 mins. Little disappointed in the piri piri chicken, could do with a bit more of a kick. Salad was nice and fresh and chips were tasty but a bit limp. Will definitely order again.

Sat 6 March, ordered Lamb shish kebab and chips for 6pm. Delivery should have been 7pm FINALLY arrived at 8pm.2 hrs to cook a shish kebab is ridiculous!!And the chips are absolutely GROSS.Oh and by the way we ended up with CHICKEN!My advice... Go elsewhere

Pitza was disgusting. ....hot chicken wings rock hard and inedible can't believe they actually served them , chips horrible ....only thing in the order which was nice was the burger . Certainly not somewhere I will order from again .

First and last time I will be ordering from Margo's ordered 2 donna meat and chips at 17:40 said 30-50 minutes for delivery 2 hours later it arrives after a phone call asking where my food was.When it arrived, yes it was hot but the meat was dry as cardboard and the chips were near enough burnt. It was over all not very nice meal and I will be going back to my old shop from now on.

The food itself is nice and delivery is reasonable but at least three times now ive ordered and the order has been missing something or different. If something's out of stock or not available, a phonecall explaining this is better than substituting it without saying anything.Twice I've ordered something with cheese (and paid extra) and not received it in my kebab and I've also been sent different ice cream flavours to what ive ordered. I appreciate them trying but i dont like chocolate ice cream so paying an extortionate price for something i wont eat isnt ideal.I dont live close enough to benefit from ringing up and complaining every time, as it would take too long to have a replacement sent or drive to the restaurant, but i think I'll think twice before ordering again from here

The Food is good, but be prepared to wait for at least an hour. We usually order the deal that includes a Donna, Pizza, Butger etc - however we have currently wait 1hr 30 and still no sign of food. This is the last time we will order as there are similar deals in Braintree, with much less wait time (we have ordered 4 times and each time it has been over 1hr 20).

I ordered a takeaway for my familyKofte kebab and cheesy chipsChicken fillet burgerLamb shishQuarter pounder cheese burgerBurger sauceDelivery didnt take very long I belive just before the expected time!Both kebabs were rock solid and almost cold! , even tho we live down the road!The chips were stail and the cheese wasent melted!The presentation of the food was pretty poor tbhAll the food was covered in grease and squashed!I wont be ordering from these agine!!!My rating 1 star out of 5
