Awful service rude staff . The people running the night drive through are shocking. Either can't be bothered to listen to orders or can't speak English. Worst McDonald's in essex

The parking let's it down. Staff are friendly. The place is spotless. Staff are always keeping it clean. Clear and wipe tables. Floor cleaned continously. Sometimes have to wait a while for coffee

Standard macdonalds don't go at the wrong time as they only have 1 ice cream machine and if it is cleaning down no ice cream for an hour or so. Others in the area have 2 machines so don't get this problem

A poor experience!!!Chips cut too big.The girl at the take out kiosk did not put in ketchup and serviettes in the bag.I asked her twice.The burger was not freshly cooked.Just warm.Will never return to this branch.Really let the brand down.

This McDonalds is a very busy one. There was queues for car park, the restaurant itself had standing room only. The staff all looked shattered yet The food was prepared quickly, and came to us hot, staff were considerate and helpful.

Food was nice.Presentation not the best and slightly long wait for food in drive thru.Avoid main times (lunch and dinner) as queues are horrendous plus location isn't great due to the very busy roundabout linking the A120s

Staff are so lovely and always make a point to interact with the children, whether that be bring them balloons or more recently little packs for a latest cinema release. And when I was trying to clear down my table, whilst stopping my 1 year old from tottering off, the lady cleaning the tables told me not to worry about the table, but thanked me for making a start. The food was as you'd expect from McDonald's. Doesn't look exactly like the poster, but still tastes great and the order was correct.

Usually a 5 star review. I take my children regularly and food is always hot, service polite and quick. However, yesterday I was very concerned by my trip at teatime. I arrived with my 10 year old daughter and sat near the front counter. A couple of the drivers were pacing backwards and forwards constantly past our table, which was quite intimidating. At one point there were 6 drivers waiting and blocking the area to the toilets. I would not have let my daughter go to the toilet without an escort. They took up customer seating and generally seemed to take over the area. I watched on crew member turn up to start her shift. Two unsavoury drivers looked her up and down, made eye contact with each other and muttered something whilst giggling like dirty old men. Totally unacceptable. Drivers should not be collecting in the restaurant, a window outside would keep that kind of behaviour away from customers and also free up space in the restaurant. I hope alternative arrangements can be put in place to keep it fit for families.

They regularly forget food, deliver cold food, or incorrectly made food. I don't know why this restaurant struggles so much.. but around 50% of the time I get home with my order to find items I have paid for are not in the bag. I think the staff here generally mess around and do not concentrate. I have just arrived home, and for around the 10th time in the last 2 years have items missing from my order that are on the receipt and were charged. I have had a chicken sandwich without the burger in the middle... cold food.. and numerous things missing. The staff need to concentrate more.

Hangover drive through, was a little slower than I hoped but think this was more to do with COVID restrictions etc than anything else. Service was friendly and ordering and payment smooth process. Food was hot and order correct - although the fries were extremely pale and definitely not up to usual Maccy standards 😑
