Exceptionally gorgeous food - absolutely brilliant! I will only be going to hong Kong chef as there is simply no need to go to any other Chinese restaurant when you’ve found the perfect one! Absolutely the best Chinese food around this part of Essex so happy I found it. Lovely guy on reception I always have a good natter to him. Absolutely splendid tasty Chinese food and service is spot on super happy :-)

Im one of those people that moans about food being cold, dry etc. Have to say after recently moving here this is the best chinese food ive had in a long time. Its always hot and fresh. Satay chicken skewers were moist and the sauce was perfect. Definately my new favourite takeaway spot.

Not a busy day, when ordering chicken and pineapple to find onion and carrot in itand was expecting chips that are not cooked properly in fact not what we was expecting

I have been a customer for 12 years ,, it has been decent food .But the rude way you are treated by a male member of staff, who works on a Saturday night is disgusting .You phone a order and whilst your on the phone , he is telling you to hold , on as another phone rings time and time again . I have told him not to treat people this way time and time again, then to be funny he puts you on the end of the list. Order was at 6 ,309,15 it arrived excuse after excuse.Wont ever use this place again i spend over a thousand pounds a year , Dont deserve loyal customers.And should sack the person responsible . ordered a large order and collected food, seemed fine although i struggled with the sweet and sour pork balls and next day was violently sick...not to be crude, but from both ends all day very very ill. had nothing to eat that that apart from toast as i was saving myself for a nice chineese that night. ALL i can guess is it must have been the pork balls as i was only one who ate these and everyone else seemed fine, although my partner had a bad stomach all day but no as bad as me. im not trying to put anyone under a bad light but personally ill be avoiding this place in future and im never having sweet and sour pork balls from anywhere again!
