Mr Kebab in Braintree

Best kebab ive had in years 👌

Ordered two large shish kebabs for delivery. They left items out of the order. It's not as though it's a complicated menu. There isn't even that much opportunity to mess up orders because they are all pretty much the same. When I rung I didn't ask for anything and just wanted to tell them there's a problem with order checking. If I'm honest I got the impression the person I was dealing with didn't care. Not a place I would recommend and of course if they leave out anything by the time they can get it to you your food is ruined cold. I did absolutely everything I could to list the items wanted and it was all standard. They still managed to get it wrong and waste my money and their time. On the plus side the lamb was perfectly cooked and everything fresh, crisp and really good. It just wasn't what I ordered. Like getting a cheese burger without the cheese.

The best donner I had for a long time. Good portion and very tasty. And the garlic sauce, one of the best. Must to try!

We've been here for a little while now as we moved from another well known kebab place in Braintree as wanted to branch out so came back to Mr Kebab. The food here is absolutely amazing the pizzas are nice and fat I love them their kebabs are on another level compared to other places the meat is juicy and very tender me and the family haven't found a single dry piece of meat yet Heck even the pitta bread is a joy to eat fresh and not dry at all. The service of this place and the customer service is brilliant I would highly recommend coming here for your food and best thing is the price is amazing for the quality of food you get. Lovely pizza but you didn't tell me on the phone it's by one get one free on a Monday.

“Open until 1am” on Fridays, but is shut at 12. Slightly disappointed. We were told “no business” - change your opening hours on a Friday to shut at 12am if you can’t make business past this time, and have to subsequently close a whole hour before you’re supposed to. I’ve walked past Mr Kebab after visiting London many Friday nights and they are always closed way before their actual closing timeEdit: closing time on google has conveniently suddenly changed to 12 after I posted this review

Ordered online Food was hot when arrived even though was 30 minutes late when said it would arrive at 7pm.Ordered a combo kebab and requested the grilled vegetables to not be used with the meat when cooked but the request was ignored would have called but wasn't an allergy reason just how it makes the meat taste which I don't like but just dealt with it as I was hungry and had chilli sauce to help but still could only taste the grilled veg.Gonna call next time hopefully they will acknowledge the request made for the food.

Have been more times than I care to think about, but every time our meal is so tasty. The marinade they apply to the chicken shish and the slices of charred pepper make it stand above the others. Would highly recommend.

First time having mr kabab my god it was beautiful!! So tasty, we ordered 3 donner boxes tasted fresh and the boneless chicken was lovely too, my other half love kebabs but always find them they make her ill but not this one she feels fine, thank you 😊
