Loved the experience and the customer service. I placed my order online and was easily able to find a good deal. After selecting my pizzas and sides I was able to make payment very swiftly and the order was placed, you can track the other too which is very good and in 27 minutes my order arrived piping hot and so good! Highly recommend

They ran outside as soon as I parked to see if I was really going in to get pizza. I thought it was because the spots were marked, but it turns out I should have taken it as a warning for the super slow, rude service, and bad pizza. 1 out 10 Braintree PJ

Vegans and Vegetarians best avoid!We ordered tonight from Braintree Essex the festive meal deal which was just the standard meal deal but rebranded. we are Vegetarians so we ordered two large margarita pizzas, a Vegan bites side, and 4 cheese potato tots. we were given Chicken bites! in the vegan side box!. which was an extremely nasty shock. we also had one pizza which was considerably smaller than the other by 2 inches and the telephone service of Sayed was appalling. we kept asking him for a manager and for direction on resolving this. and even for him to just to come back to the phone as he was shouting things at us in the distance even though we were telling him we couldnt hear him and couldnt understand him. he insisted we were lying about our order and in his words 'I made it myself' well if he was so sure of that then surely Chicken! should absolutely not be in a vegan side! we were regular customers prior and after this experience and the horrible customer service we will never be ordering again. we would strongly advise fellow vegetarians or vegans to avoid so you dont have the same disgusting meat error.

We ordered our pizzas and side dishes at 6PM and asked for it to be delivered for 8pm. It still hadn't arrived by 8.20PM despite being given two hours to get it ready, so we phone up, and are told it's on its way.Finally arrives after 8.30PM and its all freezing cold and the buffalo sauce is missing for the second time. Had to put it in the oven to reheat it all.Absolute disgrace, definitely gone down hill Used to be really good. Don't think we'll be ordering from you again. Very very poor service and product.Extremely disappointed avoid.

Food always tastes great if you get it hot. Don’t ever order without using a ‘deal’. The issue they have in Braintree is it always takes so long!! Usually the brakes are put on when it ‘cutting and checking’ they obviously haven’t got enough drivers and that means your food is sat round forever and not fresh. Today, I have ordered my food 30 mins ago and it’s not even yet in the oven!

ordered yesterday and got charged for an extra pizza that I did not ask for, I went on to call them to ask for a refund to be told that they would call me the next day to refund me. I had to call them back today to try and get my money back and I still haven't got it back. Not to mention how poor the customer service was, would not let me get a word in and kept on talking over me. Also to add last time I tried to order from here they said they didn't deliver to my area. Braintree Bailey bridge road? weird. Do not reccomend!!!!

So last night was my first time ordering from Papa John's I usually go to Domino's but fancied a change so took a look at their menu and was surprised to see how many great deals there was. So placed an order for 3 xxl pizzas for £35 potato tots, 4 cheese garlic bread thing and a 1.5l of Pepsi max raspberry the food came piping hot and looked and tasted amazing definitely worth the money and would definitely recommend if you fancy a change from the other big pizza chains. The pictures I took don't do the food justice as I forgot to take them when it was still hot 2 pizzas was the All the meats, spicy beef, signature pepperoni, ham, pork sausage and bacon, the other pizza was a double pepperoni with onion and pineapple ( not for me 😂)
