Be careful as not sure whether the Burger Inn is open. I was able to place an order on their website and my money was taken, but after leaving numerous messages to the restaurant, I never heard back.It's a shame as the burgers have always been very good, but if you're closed, don't allow the public to place orders and absolutely don't take their money with no intention of delivering!!

Absolutely terrible service I order my food over 2hours ago. I have rang the restaurant and they won't answer the phone. They've taken out money out of our bank but we have no food turn up. Definitely do not order online or delivery from this restaurant. We are now having to get in the car and go to the restaurant to get our money back. Never will I order again

Placed an order at 7:30 through just eat, it’s now 9:40 and no sign of our dinner, the phone number on Google doesn’t work, there is a mobile number on their website however nobody answers it.I won’t be ordering from them again, really poor service

Probably the worst place to order from in the uk , I ordered Saturday and two hours later the delivery driver delivered the wrong order , obviously unable to tell the difference between 10 and 17 , then to make it worse the burger inn is impossible to get through to and doesn’t reply to any messages, avoid at all costs

I found this as a takeaway during the first lockdown but I believe dining in is much better. The food I received at first was amazing, good quality and delivered hot and very tasty, however in the last five months the quality of food has become meh! And often delivered late, not at all and always cold. A real shame as my first impressions had me believe this is my fave delivery restaurant, unfortunately I don't think they can make demand successfully and it shows. Maybe worth a visit, if your prepared to wait quite a while for food, as for delivery, only suitable if you enjoy cold food or no food at all! Such a shame as was really really good at the start.

Ordered from them several times before and although it sometimes takes a while to receive the food, it's always been hot and good quality so didn't mind too much. However heard more and more bad stuff about them recently of people not even getting their orders. Last night we didn't get our dessert, I rang them straight away, no answer. Proceeded to spend the next 2 hours ringing them and not once did they answer. I left a voicemail and they never got back to me. That's £5.50 down the drain. I know mistakes happen but to not even answer the phone over a 2 hour period is awful. And the food was stone cold. Won't bother ordering again.

Found this as a takeaway service in my area (not many deliver where I live), will definitely be ordering again. I had the beast burger, it certainly lives up to its name. Very tasty great flavour and well presented especially as it was delivered. Had the giant churro waffle for dessert with ice cream, again very tasty. Delivery was before estimated time and the driver was very friendly. Would highly recommend

Amazing burgers! My only problem is they are so huge I can’t eat a whole one. Great service always deliver on time.

First time tonight trying out your burgers. As I’m gluten free it’s difficult to be accommodating with different food options butIn your case I was spoilt for choice. The food was fantastic cooked to real high standard and large portion sizes which is always a bonus. The delivery was very prompt and on time.Highly recommend
