Pizza Town in Braintree

Food is good, unfortunately no drink was served with my meal and charged extra for new year's collection privilege. My to for.

Pizza delivered basically cold - don’t want to eat it …….

Go there occasionally for the Donner wrap meal and they make it filling and delicious and great people in past allowed a IOU next time I came in I ensured to order big and payback what was owed

Tried this for the first time last night. Had the half pounder burger with chips. Was amazing, they give you lots of chips and the burger is BEEFY.Pizzas from family experience (who shared the meal with me) are some of the best they've ever has. Not to mention they are actually priced fairly unlike dominoes or Pizza hut.Give this a try just once and I'm sure you'll go again.

Gave us a chicken strip meal rather then a chicken strip wrap meal. Took 30 minutes to replace my order by that time my family had eaten their meals and my chips were cold. When they delivered my chicken wrap they didn't even offer me fresh chips so not alone did I have to eat alone I had to eat freezing cold chips! The man on the phone was very rude and speaking to him on the phone made me even more confused about if I was going to get my meal replaced or not. So unprofessional I will not be ordering from pizza town again. First and last time.

Friendly staff and lovely food! Kebabs are lovely, especially the doner. The pizza are made in front of you and are delicious. Very reasonable prices with quite a few deals to be had.

Been with Pizza Town for a while now have tried every other kebab shop in Braintree and had problems with then all. Went to Pizza Town and was not disappointed great food for a great price friendly people and great service

Always use pizza town. Food always excellent. Still nice and hot when it arrives. Staff always friendly.

Delicious food but not happy with customer service. Man who I spoke to on the phone was rude because I’d made a mistake with my address. Also my cheesecake was frozen??

I didn't even want to give a star as that is to much but couldn't leave a review until I did they can never get the order right pay for dips and never get them pick what drinks we want pepsi and tango and every time it's just 2 cokes. Garlic bread is completely dry even though everytime ask for soft and actual garlic juice on there. I would like fresh chips and its again the same everytime like they have been sat there for hours this is my last order from this place and if they still haven't changed what needs changing with letting them know(when you can get through on the phone) then they clearly don't care about there customers
