Silver Bowl in Braintree

Didn’t enjoy the food at all ! Worst one I have had . My egg fried rice didn’t have any egg . The chicken noodle soup was a disappointment too . Egg noodles tasted okayish but barely had eggOnly dish I enjoy and was worth paying for was the chicken sweet corn soup . Would really appreciate the dishes are cooked right for the price .

Sausage in batter was ok but chips looked like last night's reheated

Always good food. This time we had our chicken balls missing, this is also the first mistake that's been made with one of our orders, but phoned the restaurant and they were immediately sent out to us, which I think is great. Another good meal and will be coming back again.

Ordering from here for me and my partner, who has also left a review and on top of the service from the STORE OWNER being disgusting at the door and the food being virtually inedible, the owner has called back, an hour later to argue with my partner, accusing us of sabotaging his food after reordering, when we checked the food IN FRONT OF HIM at the door to see the quality! Very very poor, poor service should NEVER be followed up with an accusatory phone call at 10 at night!

Absoutle rubbish. Burgers were rock hard and cheesy chips had no cheese and looked like they had been cooked in year old oil. Complained and had a replacement which the owner cooked and delivered himself... it was exactly the same! He said this is how the burgers always are, I then hit the burger bun against the wall to show how hard it was. He then argued it with me and walked off muttering something under his breathe. Terrible food and terrible service.. avoid this dump

Food nice. Nothing too special. Good value for money for the amount of food delivered. From one order I can eat for several days! However, it didn't seem homemade, sauce tasted and looked like its come out of a jar and the rice noodles were very dry... Think things might have been microwaved. LOTS of meat unlike any other Chinese takeaway in the area. An extra star awarded for that. I would come again.

I have been using this takeaway for the last 5 years and always have a fantastic meal, would highly recommend to anyone!

Great food quickly done, a little more expensive than some but worth it.
