Subway in Braintree

Real bad food poisoning whilst pregnant, I had days off work and all I was offered was a free sandwich. Didn't change their gloves once either whilst touching most things. I tried emailing to complain but it's all copy and pasted messages 👍👍

My favourite place of all time! The food is AMAZING staff at okish but only in there for the food anyway, highly recommend the food

SETH is an outstanding manager of subway!!! He corrected my order that i got wrong as it was a mistake and he went beyond his job role, to make sure we enjoyed our food at subway. He is very ind and friendly. Thank you so much

Depends who you get serving you as to how happy they are. Sometimes 5 stars but they do have their 3 star staff too.

Always nice food and great staff

Won't go back here again when a particular member of staff is there. Rude isn't an accurate description, the poor girl that was shouted at had only asked the staff member for a plain tuna sandwich and had to say it a few times before she got what she wanted.

Staff are friendly. The restaurant is kept reasonably clean. There is plenty of seating. A good option for a quick meal.

Great service. No extra charges wit unlimited salads on breakfast deal. Superb
