Suzie Moo's in Braintree

Nice after-school treat for the kids, and a little bribary to get them into the barbers. It was a hot afternoon so I had a chocolate coffee frappe. It was surprisingly good, and the extra shot of espresso was a wise choice. The waffles we ordered were also very nice. Cooked fresh and well prepared.The place was clean and the staff friendly. Don't know why the place never seems to be busy. Perhaps it is on weekends.

I went to kaspers very excited to have my favourite desert at 10:05 pm however the lady turned us away as she said we aren’t doing any more orders…. IT SAYS SHUTS AT 10:30…. Sort it out either get the opening times right… or don’t have lazy staff shutting early. Loved the food last time so am very disappointed.

Do not buy from them!! 2 occasions we ordered online and the food was dropped and leaking through the packaging and no one takes ownership. They blame the delivery staff but for all I know it couldve been their fault. Please do not reply to this review with a comment about we value feedback because the attitude of the lady on the phone said otherwise!

Do not order from Kaspas through Uber Eats, they deliver your order to the wrong adress, and they ignore your complain.I am also being charged for the order. I don't know it's Kaspas or Uber Eats, or both , but this is no way to treat customers

Lots of different deserts to choose from. My wife loves the waffles and I love banana splits and apple pies. Also a nice selection of hot drinks.Definitely worth checking out

Wonderful ambience.Iv just tried the waffles and they were extremely yum.Prices are affordable.Will surely visit to try the rest on menu.

Apparently Amy at Braintree thinks its OK to charge you £10 for this hot fudge sundae (it was more a pot of vanilla ice cream) and said she checked it herself and it was definitely full!!! Like hell it was. We usually order every other week but no more!!!Amy also said she 100% checked it and it was fine. Then later admitted she did not pack nor make the sundae???Then had the ordasity to accuse me of lying.I think its fair to say if this is the level of service given at point of sale and after from Amy she needs the sack!!!! At no point was any compromise even tried to reach by her.

It was a very nice, friendly staff, clean and a nice place to meet to catch up with friends and family. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were very low on the cakes at the time, so wasn't a lot to chose from.

Chose a table. Only 2 other people in here. Made to move to the next table for absolutely no reason by a power tripping waitress. It wasn’t that they were closing, cleaning or busy and we were sitting down near the front. Then sundae looked nothing like the picture or what I’ve had before countless times. Poor service

Not for those with diabetes or sugar related conditions! Otherwise it's absolutely lush and I wish I could eat there every day, but I'd probably have a heart attack within a month! Waffles are amazing but so are crepes and the bubble juice is soooo tasty! I will warn you, if you find a favourite you probably won't try much else, so try to remember to be diverse!
