I have to say how underwhelmed I was with the tearoom. Upon entering there was an overpowering smell of bleach, which became apparent from the sticky tables thar had so much sanitiser on them. I had a toasted cheese & tomato sandwich that was totally tasteless as was the cappuccino. So disappointing & no comparison to Woods Inn Felsted

Excellent, it was the second funeral wake ,I went to, they made us sandwiches of all kinds, cakes, scones with cream and tiny pots of jam. It was delicious. And it all started with a nice cup of coffee just how you like it. And we were able to have a nice chat with our food. They also do meals as well as functions. I highly recommend this place!

Nice and quiet place. Coffee was great. Lovely setting. Lunch and was really good. Easy parking. Toilets are clean. Would come again.

Have visited the tea room a number of times and have always been very happy with the food and service except for today. Myself and partner walked in and it was pretty busy only then to to very rudely greeted by one of the older ladys who said we have nothing available in a very unnecessary manner and walked off leaving us a little taken aback to how cutting she was. Even one of the other customers said as we walked out how incredibly rude that was. Won't be coming here again.

Our visit here was recommended by a family member, I'm happy to say it didn't disappoint. A good sized clean and well organised seating area with a section that included a stall of drinks, gift items and jams. The selection on the menu is good with something for everyone's taste made on site, prices are reasonable and presentation great. We all went for lunch eating in, which included sandwiches and a cream tea which was amazing with hot scones.Even though the weather was against us this would be a lovely place to walk around and visit the barns. Hoping to return.

Lovely winter walk in the grounds, followed by Lunch in the Tea room. Good selection of hot and cold food and drink. Friendly accommodating staff. We didn't book but they had a table or two free.

My mum and dad treated me here for a birthday afternoon tea for 3. Staff very ameniable and we enjoyed our visit. Brie and hot gooseberry chutney is a bit of heaven. Lemon meringue pie is gorgeous 😍

Very nice little tea room, had jacket potato with prawns and mum quiche Lorraine. Delicious and friendly service, got quite busy around 1 so would advise to book

A great place to eat and have a drink! We did have to wait for a while since the place was full of people. But the food tasted great. And when you share a meal with friends from church it gets even better! We also got a few presents from our friends here. The orange marmalade is excellent! It is the best I have tasted so far.Highly recommend their products..Enjoy the place..we surely did...
