saw this place a few times passing through the gardens but never went in. decided today was the day so i went in. service was lovely and the girls were quick and friendly. my hot chocolate and muffin were definitely worth the 5 star. i would give 6 if i could. if you’re in the area i highly recommend trying out this little cafe in a lovely part of braintree

GREAT CAFE IN A STUNNING PARK. The Braintree and Bocking gardens are lovely and peaceful, a great place to take children and the cafe is comfortable and welcoming. Can't wait for everything to reopen so we can sit down and enjoy some cake and coffee again.

Gorgeous little coffee house in the beautiful setting of a park. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and brought out with a smile. The coffee was as good as I've ever had, and worth the trip alone! All the while I could sit in their delightful garden and watch the kids playing on the apparatus just 20m away. Will definitely visit again!

Staff were friendly, some of the menu was not available. Coffee tasted great and the food was good. Like the decor, it's clean and we will re visit.

Lovely and quaint tea room, staff very friendly and helpful.Lots of choice for children and they even have colouring books and crayons for little ones. Had the most amazing hot chocolate here, my husband had a mocha and said it was the best he had ever had! Will definitely be returning.
