Only stopped in for a quick pint but was very friendly. Wish I'd stayed for lunch as the smells coming from the kitchen we're very nice. Proper country boozer.

Wonderful lunchtime menu. Great staff and perfectly set up up inside and out for the sad times we are now living in!They serve a superb picnic box for 1 or 2 people, which would in all truth feed 4! If you want to eat on the green opposite.If there was a 6th star I would have given it.
