This is my second favourite fish and chip shop in WithamThey're so friendly and caring, the dudes here have been here for long enough to become a part of " the town's know"I have tried everything apart from the pies. Everything that has to be prepared by the fine gents that work here is what I've tried. The pies are standard pukka pies so I gave them a miss.Great work and I hope to try your food again before I die in a very long time

Without doubt the best fish n chips in town but almost the most expensive too.

We ordered a massive amount of food from here a few weeks ago via the JustEat app.It was all delivered on time and piping hot.Everything was typical of a decent Keebab and Fish place but the large donner wrap was an enormous masterpiece of meaty goodness and I will be returning specifically for another go.Keep up the good work.M&L

went there for battered sausage and chips chips were literally freshly fried in front of me but were still somehow days old, gone brown and stale?

Ordered at 5.30pm today and was told our order would be 25-30 minutes. Called at 6.30 to be told that the driver was just about to leave the shop, at 7pm food still hadn’t arrived so cancelled order, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

always make such good food and super friendly service. i’m always given free chips with my orders

Ordered from UK fishbar this evening.All i can say is wow they definitely do not skimp on the portions. The sml kebabs was huge so much meat.Arrived pipping hot . Most definitely use again. Well worth the delivery wait .

This has been my local go-to chippy for the last 4 or so years and never failed to delivered. However recently, the batter on the fish has been so thick and uncooked, a cake consistency, and also soggy and oily, resulting in me sending it back this time. Second batch was cooked through and much better! Just spend more time cooking it properly the first time please!

Best chips bar none in Witham - we make a special journey to get our chips from here, always fresh, hot and crispy. The staff are really nice and welcoming whenever I visit, lovely people and grand food too.
