USA fried chicken in Braintree

My local KFC so the best KFC in the world probably? The only bad thing is location here as the traffic is mad at certain times of the day. But avoid that and you can't go wrong. You know what to expect here.

First impression when we walked in was how dirty! We cleaned our own table,After ordering it came to us wrong twice with bits missing staff couldn’t care less and not bothered and that’s how me and my 2 kids felt when we got our food ( we wished we hadn’t bothered ) it’s been a good few years since we have visited a kfc and we will never visit one again!Chips Were dry and looked like they had been A few times and black, Corn on the cob was just rotten, and the chicken strips Were just on beatable, Needless to say the kids didn’t bother going out chocolate Sunday, I’ve had to give it one star as it won’t let me give it -5 👎👎👎👎👎

Last 3 times I've ordered trilogy box meal.Chicken fillet missing, sauce missing and no spork for the coleslaw.If this exact thing happens to me everytime what is everyone else experiencing

The food is consistently good, but thier menu is limited. I.e... you don't always get what you ask for because it's out of stock, so be prepared with alternatives, disappointing.

As usual for me this is the best KFC ever. greatFriendly staff always so helpful to me. I'm a oldie who remembers to say please and thank you. Which is a rarity these days takes staff by surprise when, it is said. We enjoyed our meal. Will call in again when this way soon.

use this KFC often when I'm out and about and in the area perfect location for a quick stop gap normally it would be a 5 star but this time the staff really let it down .was stood at the machines for ages trying to put my order through then at the end after 2 failed attempts the self service machine said there was an error.When I told the staff behind the counter who had stood and watched me they said oh yeah they have been broken all day I said quite angrily so you know there broken and yet you stand there and watch the customers try to place an order only to be told there's an error everytime maybe you should put a sign up or something.She said hmmmm yeah I suppose we should I ordered my food anyway waited for it by the time I got it the food was only warm and I just could not be arsed queuing back up I was there for around 30 mins at no point did anyone come out and put a sign on the machines I had to keep telling the customers who again were really angry.the foods still nice even though it wasn't hot but service was shocking this time.

Ricebox completely overwhelmed by the dressing. Rice, chicken and salad seemed to be ok when not smothered in the dressing. Chips limp and tasteless. Shame as it's so close and usually quite good. Won't be ordering again.

Just had our delivery of kfc, had a boneless banquet meal, the mini fillets hardly had any of the "famous" coating. Chips were cold and very dry, hard to swallow. The fillet burger meal was terrible cold burger again very dry and cold chips. Gravy was so watery had no taste. Last time we'll be getting a kfc. It's getting worse.

It's KFC. The missus loves the vegetarian burger. And I love chicken. Win win.The little one didn't like the chicken pieces so much. I'm concerned he might be going down the vegetarian route - I may have to have a serious talk with him soon.

Food as lovely as you can expect from a KFC only the restaurant needed a good clean. Food all over the pace and we searched but couldn't find a table or floor space than had been cleaned. When a staff member appeared to clean the floors they looked very scruff with ripped work trousers which had stuck in my mind and led to a rather odd experience. I won't be returning to this KFC soon. Only weeks before had an amazing experience at the Boreham, Chelmsford branch and hoped the Braintree one would be similar.
