very welcoming pub with great landlord and landlady. nothing to much for you and in the covid times did everything they could to make everyone welcome and nothing to much for you. mick the landlord even gives some of the old people lifts home at no cost and would never take money for this.. above and beyond they go..such lovely people there as well..dogs and children more than welcome and all the time.keep up the great work guys..

Nice traditional pub with a good selection of beers. Didn't have any pork scratching, but plenty of crisps to choose from.

After reading earlier reviews we must have caught them on an off day. Unwelcoming, poor service and the worst pint of Guinness I have had in a long time.

Great family friendly pub with a fab outdoor seating area and indoor as well. The food was fantastic as well as had the burger with cheese. Also family circle had the fish and chips and ham & cheese baguette. Great portion sizes with delicious chips and onion rings with the burger and coleslaw. Will be back as the locals are very welcoming and the staff and owners are brilliant too. 👍

We had a few drinks yesterday to celebrate my birthday there were about 60 of us but the bar service was fast and very officiant. The pub has a good atmosphere and the landlord and landlady are really friendly so overall a great place to have a drink .

Just had a great meal with some great people! We all had something different, and everything was outstanding! The steak & Ale pie had the perfect crust; the chips were fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside; the sausages were a plenty on everyone's plates!! We even got a visit from the chef! A perfect place for the perfect pint and dinner!
