West Street Vineyard in Braintree

A fabulous evening. Excellent hospitality, great food & wine, can't believe we were in our home county, dining next to the grapevines. Would highly recommend & hope we get the chance to go again soon.

Great food. Great views. Great venue. They've clearly thought through their Covid strategy and we felt very safe, without taking away from the dining experience

We had a great meal here in the sunshine.Pre drinks in the vineyard then of to your table on the terrace where your food is ready for youLove there tapas selections. And you feel very safe with the currant covid19 guide lines

Visited Saturday 4 July to celebrate my birthday. Our experience could not have been better. Amazing staff; all adhering to distancing guidelines; very welcoming. Had an outside table actually in the vines; although seating still available on the patio. The food; tapas style was high quality and scrumptiously tasty ! I would 100% recommend the West Street Vineyard. Thank you to all the staff for being amazing.

Came here for wine tasting experience and lunch for a 30th birthday and had a lovely day. The tasting is good fun and informative. It is a tasting experience, not a booze cruise so don't be surprised by small samples of each wine.Lunch in the restaurant was excellent, 12 of us were served very efficiently and professionally. The restaurant staff kindly stored and presented a cake that we had brought with us for the birthday girl.A beautiful location from which I am told you can go for a nice walk from. Otherwise, stay on the vineyard - enjoy the tranquility and lovely wines on offer.

As wedding photographers we travel to many venues, but we are yet to go to a venue as good as West Street Vineyard!. The attention to detail, the relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff is incredible. All the wedding guests commented on how good the food was, how good the staff were, and beautiful the vineyard was. Jane was always on hand, from meeting the bride as she arrived, to keeping an eye on everything including holding the microphone for the groom, now this is lady that ensures the day run as smooth as possible. If you are thinking of getting married and are looking a venue, then I totally recommend West Street Vineyard.

We had our Wedding here last weekend and it was amazing! Jane was a perfect host cool calm and collected! We didn’t want for anything. The venue is the perfect setting, the food and wine was perfect and the use of the downstairs bar for the band was greatCan’t recommend this place any more

Restaraunt is pleasant. Staff are mostly young people but quite promt. Delicious white wine they make and they also offer other English and world wines. Not sure bout the food but seems good. Wineyard is located near town so possibly you can find a good place to stay.

I recently booked wine tasting as part of a corporate day for me and my colleagues.A complete novice to all things wine related I wasn’t too sure what to expect. Jane was knowledgeable and a most welcoming host.We all had a fun filled evening with humours anecdotes from Jane.Great experience, charming Vineyard and lovely foodDefinitely worth a trip, highly recommend
