Western Arms Pub in Braintree

It was my first time to visit this pub. It was very nice and friendly. I will be returning to get some food next time

Couldn't find or taste the Stilton on my starter, main was good, Christmas pudding cut with a razor blade. Staff very pleasant.

Waited an hour for dinner to be presented with a microwavable meal, staff were less than bothered. Understandable if the place was packed but no more than a small handful of people and most of those were drinking and not sat at tables.

First time at the western arms,good parking, very warm welcoming local atmosphere excellent food menu at very good prices, allowed to sit and enjoy the meal without the fussing that happens in some places, will certainly pop in there again.

A lovely village pub. Friendly bar staff, great selection of drinks and well priced tasty food. What more could you ask for.

We had a lovely evening in Western arms. The sharing platter came piping hot and the cider selection was good as well. The waitress has been very attentive. Well done.

One of the best pubs I have been to in a long time. The regulars are so friendly and welcoming and the bar staff are amazing. Heather pulled us a pint and had a chat and the staff all made us feel so welcome. First time of visiting but will now be back. Food is amazing aswell. If you haven't been before please do. Also dog friendly our little girl loved it. 5 star service with a smile thanks guys
