Wildens Restaurant in Braintree

Very disappointed with our meal today. Long wait to be asked if we wanted a pre, dinner drink. Nice starter.. But Long wait for table to be cleared from starter. Roast dinner arrived.I after about 5 minutes had to ask when our vegetables were going to arrive as our dinner was getting cold. We were given 5 small roast potatoes between 3 adults, brocoli was cold, stuffing hard. Pork tasteless. Worst meal we have ever had there. Such a shame its gone down hill. Also when asking for the bill we noticed we had been charged for 4 people having 2 course's when there was only 3 of us.... Won't be rushing back

Just had the most wonderful meal at this hidden gem. WOW pineapple and rum cheesecake, delicious. Wonderful staff as always. Thank you all soo much😊😊

FANTASTIC ! SUPREME SERVICE , WELL PRESENTED MEALS (STARTERS,MAIN + DESERT)… . STAFF WERE POLITE,HELPFUL,COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING..WELL COOKED,HOT + PLENTIFUL.....AND DIDNT WAIT VERY LONG TO BE SERVED.VERY REASONABLY PRICED (12 OF US)...WOULD'VE PAID MORE FOR WHAT IS PROBABLY THE BEST MEAL I HAVE HAD AT A RESTAURANT...WORTH EVERY PENNY (AND SOME!}WE WILL HOPEFULLY BE RETURNING SOON :)
