Beijing Diner Takeaway in Breckland

I have to give it 1* but if it was left to me it wouldn't even give it any. Went here the 20th July, for my daughters and future son in law engagement celebrations, on arrival we were taken to our table, waited for a waitress who didn't come,so my husband went to find her, she took our drink order which came quick enough. We told the lady we were ready to order our food and she told us she would have to get some one else as it was all written in Chinese. We waited for around 20 minutes before another lady returned and took our starter order which in turn came out in good time. However once starters were finished we waiting for them to come back for another order, after waiting around another 30 minutes no one retunred so we gave up at the starters as we'd already waited an hour for those, as was half the restaurant. My husband went to speak to the waitress who told us we could just pay for our starters and leave. So we did. At this stage we overheard many tables discuss the same. It was a very busy night, with events on all over town with just 3 staff members dealing with all aspects of the job. Will definitely not be returning.

This is the best place to go in watton for a nice sit down meal and all you can eat Chinese.The staff are so friendly and the food is so nice.The only down side is on a very busy night can be sat there awhile waiting to order but then it gives time for food to settle and to chat with others in your group.Would highly recommend going here.

The food is constantly of a high quality. Never had a bad meal and service is efficient and quick. Highly recommended.

Service was really slow, They were busy but maybe they should get some more staff on....And some nice polite Friendly staff because those there last night were rude, abrupt & not one bit friendly.. Food was Nice

Very popular and the wait for a collection of a takeaway can be very long, also I do think that it was a pity that they stopped the buffet style lunch menu.

This restaurant is the best Chinese buffet ever.They cook every meal fresh for you quite expensive but worth it. The staff work very hard and are very friendly.food out of this world would definitely recommend 100%

Visited here recently on a recommendation and it was ok but nothing amazing. Service was unfortunately slow (half full dining room) with only 2 staff members taking orders and bringing food out. We arrived at half 8 and only managed to get 4 courses in before it closes at 11. And the rules were a bit disappointing in that you can only order 4 meals of one course at a time despite however many people wanting different things. Please also remember, you have to PAY for leftovers on top of the £18.95 it costs for all you can eat. There was a lot of fried food too which I know is in Chinese cuisine but seemed excessive on some food. It's ok but I'm not sure I'll be returning.

Excellent Chinese restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff, who always provide quick service even when the restaurant is really busy. Great location in centre of Watton High Street. All seating is on the first floor with lots of tables speak over three different areas exposed beams and vaulted ceiling. Two large 12 person circular dining tables with 'lazy Susan' available as well as cozy tables for two. Nice informal atmosphere, great for parties and celebrations. Extensive food and drinks menu with superb value 'All you can eat' buffet. If you like Chinese food this is the best restaurant in Breckland.

Usually have a good meal with friendly service here but last night's service and food was not up to standard, for a large party of people booked well in advance staffing arrangements should've been adjusted accordingly! Nearly 2 hrs by the time we got and had starters, by the time the mains came out some were cold, some were salty, some meats were very fatty, a compensation in form of discount was not offered and even when paying staff did not apologise for the extensive wait...... massive let down, they have lost our future party bookings!

Great food and very good service. The all you can eat menu is fantastic (just order from the menu and they'll make it). Highly recommended recommended.
