Took my Mum out for a birthday meal here, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and very attentive, couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you to everyone involved and keep up the good work 😃❤️

Found this pub by accident while wandering around Thetford looking for somewhere to eat. Couldn't recommend it enough! Staff were all friendly and food was gorgeous. Proper home cooked food and generous portions, not microwaved rubbish that you get in a lot of places.

Really good homemade food. We each had a different Sunday roast and they were all delicious! Maybe skip the coffee and dessert and stick to food a beer.

Sunday roast was good but I miss not having parsnips with a roast also the Yorkshire was rather burnt. Smaller roast potatoes would also be better as you can get them crunchy on the outside and they then match the softer inside. Too big a potato and it's more like a big baked potato then. No need to provide mashed potato as well as it's not traditional nor required. I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Nice helpful staff. Will return soon to try something else from the menu.

First time visit here although under sad circumstances ( a wake ) we were treated with great dignity and respect from all the staff and were seated in the coverd outside pagoda for privacy.... The buffet provided was exceptional with all hot and cold food been home made. I would definitely like to return as the food that was bought out to other customers looked delicious.
