Costa Coffee in Breckland

Lovely spacious cafe, friendly, spotlessly clean and always a good selection of food.

Absolutely loved it here. Very clean, Huge sitting area inside and out. And it's open untill 8pm. So a good choice if you want to have a coffee later in the evening.

Got a drive through takeaway and the woman who took my order was really lovely and friendly.I ordered an oat latte but I was given an soya latte. I am allergic to soya and I started to go into mild anaphylaxis (luckily I had my medication with me). This has made me wary about going back.

Avoid terrible customer service, very rude and disrespectful.I waited patiently for my coffee which came with no sugar or stirrer, I asked kindly for some to be told to have some patient and wait because they r busy, from a member of staff I wasn't even talking too, continued to be rude and tried to make out I was being impatient and rude, guy needs to give his head a wobble,if I didn't have my daughter in the car and travelling to Wales it would of been a different situation.

Car Park is ridiculously narrow and cramped when busy. It's a real shame as if you wish to stop and eat in this lovely roomy new Costa rather than drive thru it you may find it off putting. Yours, Victor Meldrew ( with hopefully a valid and useful bit of info ;-) )

Lovely new coffee shop very well kept clean and tidy with great staff

We ordered a golden caramel latte and a caramel cortado, the cortado was just milk no coffee and the latte was watery. Worst coffees we’ve ever had. Also ordered a almond bake…that was stale…Waste of £8

Cozy new place to get a cup of coffee-higly recommend you to try aromatic cortado.

Love Costa but this one never had anything on the menu and the bacon roll I just had was horrible. The bacon was basically 4 tiny flat bits of burnt rashers, you had to see it to believe it. Will be avoiding until they up their game.
