Dolphin Inn Thetford in Breckland

Got our dinners 15 minutes after everyone else even though we ordered first. Visibly stale burger buns and burger was luke warm. Chips was hot though and tasty. 2 stars for that reason otherwise it would have been 1.

We enjoyed a morning coffee in this Wetherspoons. It was a busy day due to the market nearby. Serviced was a little slow but as always the coffee was excellent and you certainly can't fault the value. It's well situated to replenish after shopping.

Nice feeling pub. Quick table service and a lovely polite waitress... aaaaand most importantly, well kept ale. Nice experience.

Very poor quality all around and very poor hygiene.We were on holiday staying at premier Inn one night and then going to center parcs the next day. So decided to go into town and decided to choose the wetherspoon as they are normally reliable and have decent standards, as we have been to one in liverpool,Southport ,bury greater Manchester,and Trafford centre Manchester which have all been warm friendly and inviting and standards high.This time we walked in and ordered food through the app and was soon brought our drinks and then was brought someone elses food order which we turned away about 5 mins later our order turned up which was great very fast.we were given the cutlery which one of the forks still had somebody's left over curry on and a knife which had food stains on so I politely asked if we could have a new knife and fork as they have not been cleaned, the response I got was " you can but you'll have to wait so it's upto you if you want them or wait" I said I think I'd rather wait than eat off something that's been in someone else's mouth, could not been believe it was offered as an option like it was a normal accurance.The food that we had was very bland and dry completely different to any other whethspoon we have been to. I would definitely avoid this restaurant and I would hope there is a food hygiene inspection at this restaurant.

The steak was the toughest I have had, kitchen staff were to busy on there phones, my steak supposedly medium was left unattended on the grill for ages, then taken off, no time to rest. Chef has hair in a hair net but his beard isn't. He looks dirty, no service staff to ask if I enjoyed my meal, all I got when someone actually came to my table when I finished my meal, he asked was everything ok and I said worst steak ever, he replied sorry and walked off. You need to sort chef's and staff out, won't be coming back

Good food that is exactly what you expext of Spoons' great prices. Friendly staff and quick service. Seating is limited on busy nights.

Great quality food, very clean and staff are very good. Very clean too.Tea/coffee with free refills all day and great tasting. Highly recommend!

A cosy Wetherspoon's with a tiny garden. When the market isn't trading, I believe the outdoor space is enlarged.Nice pint of IPA for £1.69Pleasant service

It’s easy to order the food online but the menu on the table only show small selections that the restaurant offers. The food was tasty and in good price.

Nice atmosphere and the food was good. Not a fan of the order through the app and not be able to modify, i.e. take an item off but understandable with the current times. If in the area stop by for a pint and a bite to eat.
