Goldstar in Breckland

My husband & I went in here for the first time yesterday, we had burger & chips. The food was delicious & we will definitely go in again.

made an order on Goldstar Cafe App 18/10/21 money came out of the account and food did not turn up. expecting the money to bounce back but didn't £28.85 down the drain. hope to see a refund.UPDATE after 2 weeks and still not had a refund will now have to the correct authorities.

We wouldn't even put 1 star. Placed order on Sunday evening and money came out of the bank. After calling Sunday the staff claim it hasn't come through. I'm starting to think this is a scam after reading the reviews Goldstar, tut tut. Expect full refund or will definitely follow this up with the relevant authorities.

Our food turned up over an hour late, the wife called to chase up before it arrived but the guy on the phone completely blew his top. Thought he was going to have a heart attack, telling my wife it was her fault because they couldn't find the address being in mind it was ordered through just eat and address details were correct. Terrible customer service and will never use again. When the food did turn up it was freezing cold. If I could give zero stats I would

** VERY POOR **The business took my order over JustEat at £12 which was the spend needed for delivery, delivery location is 3 miles away which is roughly 7/8 minutes drive. I waited for about an hour to then go onto the site and find that Goldstar cafe had cancelled my order, I called to enquire and the staff rudely suggested that I need to spend at least £18/£19 for them to consider driving that far.Extremely rude customer service.

I ordered my food at 2.00 o’clock and it turn up at 16:45 and I ask them for it ASAP and EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE THERE SOON as I went to conplain About it they called my the c word and shouted down the phone to me I am so disgusted I will never be using this food place again And I will be report this company to who ever is in charge i and fed up every time I call them I get verbal abuse by the staff NEVER AGAIN and I will be make sure people know how they get treated by the staff and they told me I was gonna get my food at 3:00

Ordered via just eat for delivery at 7:15. It got to 8:15 and still hadn’t arrived. So we rang the cafe. They said sorry driver is on the way it will be there in 10 mins. We waited 20 mins and still nothing had arrived. Rang the cafe again. This time they said they didn’t receive our order as there receipt machine was broken and that they would send the driver and again would be 10 mins. Food arrived at 9pm. Although I’m not sure how they knew what our order was as the receipt machine was broken 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ after the extremely long wait we were hungry ! And the food was Luke warm and disappointing. We won’t be ordering again.

Should not be allowed to be part of just eat, cancelled late after originally confirming order. Will not be ordering from them again. Yes I'm hangry....maybe you would have had a better review had you delivered the order.

Rude staff (not the first mention of this) and a inexperienced team who should not be customer facing.Mutiple menus showing all different prices mean they are overcharging at goldstar cafe Attleborough, I have now reported this to the local authorities.Tried to charge extra on top of the topping cost as I wanted to add one item to my order.Who owns the cafe and the one opposite (they are linked) and why are the standards so low.No hand washing when handling fresh and cooked meat also.AVOID!!

I write this review with a very heavy heart. I have been eating in goldstar for years with no problem and i can slowly start to see a decline in the business, its customers service and quality control. I am giving this such a poor rating. After the service i received today following the discovery that my sausage was raw I called the owner! Over who tried to tell me at 28 years of age that it was fine. It was not. He was very rude and arrogant with pretty much 0 people skills. We also found an additional hair in the food and when trying to get a refund for the utterly poor quality all round we was told to f**k off amongst otherthings. Not quite what we was expecting especially after nearly spending 30quid on breakfasts. He also had the audacity to try and under pay for my refund by over charging me on my drinks! Absolutely disgusting. You would have thought that rather than arguing with the customer that they would just accept responsibility for the mistake and rectify it. The chump couldn't even apologise seeing no wrong in serving raw sausage. I will never be using the service again n there is plenty of other places in attleborough to go get a decent properly cooked breakfast. Disgusted beyond belief
