Italian Job Pizza in Breckland

We order from Italian job a fair amount, usually 3/4 times a month and its always good but this time I was very disappointed. We pre-booked it for a certain time and it came 30 minutes later, and our food had obviously been left out for a good while before it had been delivered because my chicken burger was nearly rock hard and my girlfriends burger was dry, its the next day now and we both feel sick and we've had to stay home. I hope this is the only time it's like this as we're reluctant to order from you guys again.

It’s not amazing here but the chips are always quite nice but my brother and sister in law had been sick after the burgers there and could not go anywhere the day after because they felt so bad so

Food was very hot when it arrived, the spag bol was delicious my wife said. The 12" pizza was just as good, but for me it was to much.

I usually always not get all the items I requested. Was a real struggle to get all the right items last time thankfully I did get them all as the driver came out again. I won't be ordering again. And never got refunded for my last few items I didn't get in my sperate orders either.

I ordered a meal tonight was absolutely awful I’ve been using this service over 10 years never complained but it was just not nice . I asked for next time a free meal after paying delivery on top too to be told I will give you £5 off I actually am totally annoyed as I can’t believe the buisness I’ve given over so many years I will never order from them again

I just ordered 2 burger meals had a few months ago and was awful, cold, and not many chips in one, gave them a break. Ordered tonight as thought I'd give it another go and terrible again cold and the burger had a funny taste. Only gave a star to be able to warn people, I called to tell them and I got told he came straight here hmmm ok and the lady went to the kitchen to ask the cook if it left the kitchen hot seriously. Came back and said thats not down to me no customer service no clue, just lost my business don't go here awful.

Had food delivered was on time but food was rank , chips were cold and hard seemed to use they had been warmed up they had that look about them , the burger meal was poor , wrong burger for a start it was full of chilli in with the beef , it never sed that in the details so am taking it as the wrong one , my partner couldn't eat it so I had it , it was over seasoned so salty and bitter because of the amount of chilli's in it , wrong drink sent , onion ring were over cooked , pizza was OK but edge were over cooked , wast £30 definitely would go back again

Would give no stars if I could, 12 small pieces of donna meat and a unbelievable small slice of pitta bread, £7-50 total con, phoned the takeaway up and they weren't bothered, everyone else's meal was just as bad, might have been better if it was warmer that room temperature, avoid at all cost.

It is not a banana 🍌. I love the Italian job... Quick delivery and good product... Chips could be better! more .... love their burgers...

We came here whilst staying nearby (sober I feel I must add) expecting run-of-the-mill microwaved cheap pasta and pizza, marketed as an "Italian" takeaway. Its more of a cheap and cheerful American-Italian takeaway (similar in a way to frankie & bennys). It was easily one of the best takeaways I've ever had - really cheap, very decent portions, and lots of variety of uncommon options. You rarely get the opportunity to try something completely new in a takeaway place but there are so many exciting options here! The mac & cheese bites are honestly to die for, they're perfect. Meat was of a surprising quality and we got more curly fries than we could manage to finish. Lovely staff, they seemed to be juggling quite a lot and nailing it, maybe 2 people in there so I feel some people complaining could think about cutting them some slack unless they could do better with such a large menu or would actually prefer to have their food microwaved and sent out. Only wish they were my local but maybe for the best they're not as I may be dead in a year 😁 👍🏻
