The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when I unwrapped my fish and chips there was a lot of oil on the paper. Shame as the fish was lovely as was the batter.

really great place very good service and there food is just the best

After a long journey of 5 hours and 4 starving kids we decided on fish and chips and this was the closest to where we were staying and had good reviews.Unfortunately we turned up just as they were closing so couldn’t have the large cod that we wanted but instead ordered 6 medium which were plenty!The staff were welcoming and friendly and when we got home to feed everyone their food an extra piece of fish had been put in and an array of sauces also.We struggled to eat all of the food as there was loads but it was delicious and the fish was cooked perfectly and after our long journey it was so needed.We are only staying up here for a week but have already decided on our last night we will have fish and chips again from here!

Had fish and chips here not the best but not the worst I have had. The fish was very tasty and nice good batter chips were very tasty and the price was very good all cooked to order and was very tasty. Would I call again yes I think so 8 out of 10 very nice Chippy.

Awesome chippy very friendly and helpful staff lovely fish and chips sit down lunch time special of small cod chips a side and a drink for £6 very good value.

I have been here several times for takeaway fish and chips, and have always been happy with it. Very friendly service from the staff here, and portions are generous. On one occasion I called in for two cod and chips, and to my surprise was given three cods because they were 'a bit small today'. I've never had that kind of customer care from other fish and chip shops.
