Mcdonald's Restaurants in Breckland

Standard Mc Donald's. The toilets are upstairs so a bit of an unnecessary trek if your planning just to stop for a toliet break and a take out coffee. I like I was. But the service was rapid and the staff friendly. My friend got some food and said it was good.

Tasty food not always fast 😋 staff are nice and drinks are 👌🏼.

Fast Food!!Customer Service disgusting. Click and collect waiting in my car 30 minutes and then when I go in and ask how much longer I will be waiting I get "Are you bay 7" and they walk away!! Then my food is quickly prepared. No apology for the wait, just put on the counter.

Always a friendly service here. Quick to prepare the food, never a long wait. Food is always piping hot.

Been here a few times when working near and there has always been something wrong with my food I.e. being cold or old/sat for a while. I've given benefit of doubt and been there busy and non busy times I wouldn't go back unless I was really hungry.. but then the greggs would be my first option now

Clean and relatively quick, ordered table service but they forgot an item, asked 2 staff members on the upper floor about it and they told me to go and collect at the counter myself despite standing and having a chat. I had to leave my 2 kiddies unattended as our food had arrived. Food was cold after I had returned with missing item after standing at counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me, which was a shame.

Out of the many McDonald's I visit this really is one of my favourites. The food is consistently cooked well, the service is fast with two lanes in the drive through.But the biggest plus of all is no damn hight restriction on drive through means I can use my van add well as my cat and that's a bit plus.Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, good place to stop in the way up to the coast.

A work colleague and I have now visited this mcdonalds 3 times in recent weeks and on all 3 occasions we have been left waiting to be served at the counter even when the place has been empty, members of staff have seen us and just carried on doing what they are doing! ,today I had to ask the young lad who was sweeping the floor if he could get a member of staff!! When they do finally serve you and bring your food through they virtually run of before you can ask for milk or any other condiments!!

Waiting 20 mins for food, lots of angry customers no staff. Definitely quicker and better service in the drive through. The restaurant is slow, no matter what time of day. They prioritise the drive through. But at 6pm you’d anticipate it being busy - so prepare for it!

Usually quite good but have had bad experiences.. I.e been told to wait at the next window... waited 20 minutes.... had to go in and was given very cold food... was meant to be a treat for my daughter for lunch after a full eye examination. I made a complaint and was pretty much palmed off.
